Abstract: A heat exchanger includes tubes arranged side by side, and a tank connected to ends of the tubes. The heat exchanger performs heat exchange between a first fluid flowing inside the tubes and a second fluid flowing outside the tubes. The heat exchanger includes a closing member disposed inside the tank and partially closing an opening provided at an end of a predetermined tube that is at least one of the tubes. The predetermined tube has a protrusion formed at the end of the predetermined tube. The closing member has an avoiding structure that avoids interference between the protrusion and the closing member.

Abstract: A heat exchanger is configured to exchange heat between a heat medium and an air. The heat exchanger includes a tube through which the heat medium flows therein, and a fin that is formed by bending a metal plate and that is brazed to a surface of the tube. The fin includes a louver. The surface of the tube defines an introducing groove configured to introduce a brazing material melted at brazing from a connecting portion between the tube and the fin to an other portion.

Abstract: A stacked cooler includes flow pipes that are stacked, each of the flow pipes having a flat shape and including a medium passage in which a heat medium flows, a heat exchange object that is disposed between each adjacent two of the flow pipes and is clamped between their flat planes, a protruding pipe part that is connected to at least one of the flow pipes and protrudes in a stacking direction of the flow pipes, and a load restraining part that restrains a load applied to a connection portion of the at least one of the flow pipes to the protruding pipe part as compared with a load applied to the other portion of the at least one of the flow pipes.

Abstract: A heat exchanger includes tubes, a tank, and a prevention plate arranged inside the tank and contacting end surfaces of the tubes to prevent heat medium from flowing into the tubes in a certain region. Flow paths are formed in each tube and arranged in a width direction of the tube. The prevention plate includes a deformable portion elastically deformable by contacting an edge of the opening at a time of inserting the prevention plate into the tank from the opening. The deformable portion of the prevention plate that has been inserted into the tank is restored and receives a reaction force from an inner surface of the tank such that the prevention plate is shifted along the width direction by the reaction force.
