Abstract: An analysis method according to the present disclosure includes: mixing a binding substance and a sample including a target substance. The binding substance includes a nucleic acid region composed of a nucleic acid and having activity to bind to the target substance; removing the binding substance not bound to the target substance; amplifying the nucleic acid region; and detecting a phenomenon caused by the amplification of the nucleic acid region. For example, the analysis method includes: forming a complex of a template nucleic acid including a sequence complementary to a 3′ side sequence of the nucleic acid region; and amplifying the nucleic acid region by an action of a nucleic acid amplifying enzyme using the complex as a starting point.

Abstract: An ion sensor includes an ion detection element, a reference electrode that provides a reference point of a potential, and a solution in which an ion concentration can be changed in a sensing area of the ion detection element. The sensing area of the ion detection element is disposed in the solution. A method for detecting a target substance employs an ion sensor. The target substance bound to a label having a function of changing the amount of ions detectable by the ion sensor is introduced into the solution, and a change in the amount of ions is detected using the ion sensor.

Abstract: A temporary fixing unit includes a supporting portion including a distal end portion passed through an aperture, and a holding portion provided with an inclined surface that slides along an edge portion of the aperture when passed through the aperture. The temporary fixing unit also includes a spring portion connecting the distal end portion of the supporting portion and the holding portion and that deforms in a twisted manner as the holding portion is pushed down when the inclined surface of the holding portion slides along the edge portion of the aperture. When the holding portion is passed through the aperture, a portion of a door panel is held between the holding portion and an elastic portion. Furthermore, the elastic portion is elastically deformed so as to press the door panel.
