Abstract: An apparatus detecting driving incapability state of a driver includes: a head detection portion that detects a head of the driver based on an image of a driver's seat captured by an imaging device mounted on a vehicle; and a shake detection portion that detects the driver is incapable of driving when an amplitude of a shake of the head detected by the head detection portion is smaller than a first amplitude or larger than a second amplitude, which is larger than the first amplitude, before a shake determination time elapses after external force has been applied to the vehicle during travel of the vehicle.

Abstract: Provided is at least two of a direction determination unit which determines that the state is abnormal when a gaze direction of a driver of a vehicle is not within a first predetermined range based on a captured image of a head of the driver, a height determination unit which determines that the state is abnormal when a height of an eye of the driver is not within a second predetermined range based on the captured image, and a position determination unit which determines that the state is abnormal when a position of the head in a lateral direction is not within a third predetermined range based on the captured image; and an abnormal state determination unit which determines whether the state of the driver is abnormal based on the determination results of the determination units.

Abstract: The display system includes a first storage unit storing standardized data composed chromaticity values and luminance values. An information acquirer acquires luminance values and chromaticity values of a visual target and luminance and chromaticity values of a background thereof. A standardization unit standardizes the chromaticity values and the luminance values of the visual target and the background based on these chromaticity values and the luminance values of the visual target and the background thereof and the standardized data stored in the first storage unit. A visual target contrast calculator calculates a contrast of a visual target to a background by measuring a distance in a color space between the visual target and the background each defined by the standardized luminance and chromaticity values. A second storage unit stores an expression defining a relation between the contrast thereof to the background and a size of the visual target.

Abstract: A current sensor includes: a magneto electric conversion element; and a magnetic field concentrating core applying a magnetic field caused by a measurement object current to the magneto electric conversion element. A planar shape of the magnetic field concentrating core perpendicular to a current flowing direction is a ring shape with a gap. The magneto electric conversion element is arranged in the gap. A part of a conductor for flowing the current is surrounded by the magnetic field concentrating core. The magnetic field concentrating core includes two first magnetic members and at least one second magnetic member, which are stacked alternately in the current flowing direction.
