    摘要: Techniques capable of improving the yield of IGBTs capable of reducing steady loss, turn-off time, and turn-off loss are provided. Upon formation of openings in an interlayer insulting film formed on a main surface of a substrate, etching of a laminated insulating film of a PSG film and an SOG film and a silicon oxide film is once stopped at a silicon nitride film. Then, the silicon nitride film and the silicon oxide film are sequentially etched to form the openings. As a result, the openings are prevented from penetrating through an n-type source layer and a p+-type emitter layer having a thickness of 20 to 100 nm and reaching the substrate.

    摘要: The invention provides a multi-piece solid golf ball composed of a solid core encased by a cover of one or more layer, which solid core has an inner core layer and an outer core layer. The inner core layer is formed primarily of a specific, highly neutralized, ionomeric resin composition, has a diameter of from 10 to 38 mm, and has a cross-sectional hardness difference of within ±5 between any two points on a cross-section formed by cutting the inner core layer in half. The outer core layer is formed of a rubber composition made primarily of polybutadiene rubber. The solid core has a diameter of from 30 to 42 mm. The sum of the respective hardnesses at the center of the inner core layer, at the outer core layer 1 mm outside a boundary between the inner core layer and the outer core layer, at the inner core layer 1 mm inside the boundary, and at the surface of the outer core layer is set to a value in a range of from 260 to 360. Such a golf ball is able to achieve an increased distance.

    摘要: The invention provides a method of manufacturing golf balls having a core and at least one cover layer which involves injecting a molten cover resin material around a core so as to form a cover layer. The cover resin material is a single resin composition made up of (A) a thermoplastic polyurethane, (B) a polyisocyanate compound and (C) a thermoplastic elastomer other than the thermoplastic polyurethane in a weight ratio (A):(B):(C)=100:{2-50}:{0-50}, and is injected with from 10 to 99% of the total number of isocyanate groups in component B remaining in an unreacted state within the cover resin material. The method of the invention provides a high manufacturability and a good amenability to mass production, and the manufactured golf balls thus obtained have a high rebound and excellent scuff resistance.
