    摘要: An object of the present invention relates to providing a nucleic acid analyzer capable of testing a plurality of test items in parallel, and of obtaining high efficiency of specimen processing even if the test item or a measuring object is changed. The present invention relates to an analyzer including a carousel rotatable about a rotation axis, a plurality of reaction containers held along a circumferential edge of the carousel, and at least one detector having a light source for irradiating the reaction container with excitation light and a detection element for detecting fluorescence from a reaction liquid in the reaction container. The detector is removable. By attaching a desired detector, it is possible to perform fluorescence measurement in response to the test item. According to the present invention, it is possible to test a plurality of test items in parallel, and even if the test item or the measuring object is changed, the high efficiency of specimen processing can be obtained.

    摘要: A planar waveguide laser device forms a waveguide by a plate-like laser medium (1) having birefringence and clad (2a, 2b) attached to at least one of the surfaces of the laser medium (1) perpendicular to its thickness direction, amplifies laser light by a gain produced by excitation light incident on the laser medium (1), and performs laser oscillation. The laser medium (1) is formed of a material having an optic axis on a cross section perpendicular to the light axis, which is the laser travelling direction. The clad (2a, 2b) is formed of a material having a refractive index in a range between refractive indexes of two polarized lights that travel along the light axis in the laser medium (1) and have oscillation surfaces that are orthogonal to each other. The planar waveguide laser device readily oscillates linearly polarized laser light.

The solid-state laser element outputs a linearly polarized fundamental wave, and differentiates a polarization state of a fundamental wave having passed through the wavelength conversion element and entering into the solid-state laser element from linear polarization output from the solid-state laser element, so that wavelength conversion efficiency of the wavelength conversion element is not decreased in a peak wavelength of a gain band.

A portion for centering the center axis of the lens is provided on the front side of a lens-holding portion of the coating device, and a chute portion for feeding the lens is provided on the rear side thereof. The centering portion is provided with a support shaft for swinging the holding portion, and a circular eccentric cam is provided on the lower surface of the holding member. Upon rotating the circular eccentric cam, the holding member is tilted, and the lens placed on the chute portion slides onto the centering portion where the center position of the lens in the right-and-left direction thereof is attained.
