    摘要： The present invention relates to bipolar plate (1) as well as to a fuel cell assembly (2). The bipolar plate comprises two outer surfaces (3a, 3b) which are electrically connected to one another, for the electrical contacting, as well as the discharge and supply of gases and/or fluids to the surfaces of the fuel cells which are adjacent to the outer surfaces. The bipolar plate comprises a frame (7) open in the central region as well as an inner part (3) arranged in the central reign, wherein the frame and the inner part are elastically connected to one another.

    摘要： The invention relates to a fuel cell system (1) which is characterized in that a fuel cell stack (2) comprised of a plurality of intermediate plates is enclosed between two end plates (3) to compress the intermediate plates. At least one end plate (3) has an end plate base (4) and a contact surface plate (5) linked therewith to electrically contact the fuel cell stack. The end plate base (4) is furthermore provided with channel structures (6) designed for a cooling circuit for cooling the fuel cell stack. The end plate is deformed in such a manner that it is capable of applying an even compression to the fuel cell stack and to balance the setting behaviour of the stack and of the end plate.

Two base plates (2a, 2b) are thermally joined to one another using a joining agent, wherein this joining agent (3) has a lower melting point than the material of the base plates (2a, 2b). At least one first base plate (2a) comprises at least one pocket (4a) into which joining agent is filled, and subsequently the second base plate (2b) is applied onto a joining plane (F) of the first plate, and a connection of the base plates (2a, 2b) is effected by way of the impact of heat on the joining agent.
