摘要: A telescopic pipe includes a base pipe having a base inner pipe rotated by external force, and a base outer pipe arranged to receive the base inner pipe; a connecting pipe having a connecting inner pipe coupled to the base inner pipe to be extendable to transfer rotational force, and a connecting outer pipe screw-coupled to the inner circumferential surface of the base outer pipe to be extendable; and a finishing pipe including a finishing inner pipe coupled to the connecting inner pipe to be extendable and to be rotated, and a finishing outer pipe that is interlocked by means of rotation of the finishing inner pipe and is screw-coupled to the inner circumferential surface of the connecting outer-pipe to be extendable, wherein the connecting outer pipe is interlocked by the rotational force of the extended finishing outer pipe and thus is extended and retracted along the base outer pipe.

摘要: Embodiments of the invention pertain to a method and apparatus for sensing infrared (IR) radiation. In a specific embodiment, a night vision device can be fabricated by depositing a few layers of organic thin films. Embodiments of the subject device can operate at voltages in the range of 10-15 Volts and have lower manufacturing costs compared to conventional night vision devices. Embodiments of the device can incorporate an organic phototransistor in series with an organic light emitting device. In a specific embodiment, all electrodes are transparent to infrared light. An IR sensing layer can be incorporated with an OLED to provide IR-to-visible color up-conversion. Improved dark current characteristics can be achieved by incorporating a poor hole transport layer material as part of the IR sensing layer.

摘要: An apparatus and method of variable bandwidth multi-codec quality of service (QoS) control are provided. The apparatus for controlling the QoS of a variable bandwidth multi-codec includes: a network state detection unit detecting a network state including at least one of a packet loss ratio, a packet loss interval, and a packet delay time based on an RTP packet transmitted to and received from a destination for which a call connection is established; and a codec control unit updating a transmission rate by comparing the detected resultant value with an already set reference value and increasing or decreasing the transmission rate, and controlling the variable bandwidth multi-codec to code data with the updated transmission rate. According to the apparatus and method, data can be coded with a codec transmission rate suitable for a network state identified during a voice call after the call is set up.
