    摘要: Discussed are a thin film solar cell module and a method of fabricating the same. A solar cell module includes a substrate; and a transparent electrode layer. The transparent electrode layer in turn includes a first electrode layer provided on the substrate; and a second electrode layer provided on the first electrode layer, wherein the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer are made of different materials and the second electrode layer is locally formed on portions of the first electrode layer. Accordingly, the transparent electrode layer exhibits improved transmittance of monochromatic light as well as increased light scattering, thereby enhancing efficiency of the thin film solar cell module.

    摘要: Discussed herein are a thin film solar cell module and a fabricating method thereof. The solar cell module includes photoelectric conversion layers on the transparent electrode layer and including at least a first photoelectric conversion layer, a second photoelectric conversion layer and a third photoelectric conversion layer, the photoelectric conversion layers further including at least one of a first intermediate layer between the first and second photoelectric conversion layers, cut by first cutting grooves, and a second intermediate layer between the second and third photoelectric conversion layers, cut by second cutting grooves, the first intermediate layer and the second intermediate layer are respectively formed of a transparent conductive oxide (TCO). Thereby, internal shorts are prevented and and fill factor reduction due to shunt resistance generated during a scribing process is reduced or prevented.
