摘要： The invention relates to an auto-injector (A) for administering a dose of a liquid medicament, comprising of a substantially tubular front-end device adapted to contain a syringe with an injection needle and a barrel containing the dose of the medicament and comprising a needle shroud adapted to rest on the skin of a patient receiving an injection and a reusable back-end device comprising of a housing, a plunger connected to or adapted to engage a stopper providing a fluid tight seal for a distal end of the barrel, a motor for displacing the plunger connected to the stopper, wherein the front-end device is attachable to the back-end device, wherein the needle shroud is slidably arranged with respect to the injection needle and wherein an interlock switch is capable of detecting an axial position (PA, PR) of the needle shroud.

摘要： The invention relates to a compression connection means for an auto-injector (A), wherein the compression connection means adapted to attach a front-end device of the auto-injector (A) to a back-end device of the auto-injector (A) comprises of an annular mounting sleeve that is axially displaceable parallel to a longitudinal axis (X) between a locked position (L) and an unlocked position, a mounting sleeve spring biasing the mounting sleeve towards a locked position (L), at least one latch arm connected to one of either the front-end device or the back-end device, wherein the latch arm is deflectable in a radial direction, wherein the mounting sleeve in the locked position (L) is arranged to prevent the radial deflection of the latch arm and wherein the mounting sleeve in the unlocked position allows for a radial deflection of the latch arm, so as to allow the latch arm to be deflected on assembly or disassembly of the front-end device to the back-end device and to latch to or unlatch from the other of the front-end device or the back-end device.

摘要： An engine for an-auto injector for administering a dose of a liquid medicament includes a case arranged to be attached to a package syringe containing a syringe. The case contains a drive capable of, upon activation, pushing the needle from a covered position into an exposed position, and operating the syringe to supply the dose of medicament. The case contains a trigger arranged to lock the drive in a loaded state prior to manual operation and capable of, upon manual operation, releasing the drive for injections. The drive is arranged as a gas spring including a cylinder and a piston with a plunger for transmitting the spring force. A latch is arranged for preventing translating between the cylinder and the case. The latch is disengageable by the released gas spring being at least nearly fully extended thus allowing the extended gas spring to be translated in a distal direction.

摘要： The invention relates to a front end for an auto-injector, the front end comprising a syringe with an injection needle and a stopper, further comprising an outer sleeve arranged to be attached to an auto-injector back end comprising a drive means for advancing the syringe and needle in a proximal direction for needle insertion and for advancing the stopper within the syringe for injection, wherein the syringe is slidably arranged within a transfer sleeve which is slidably arranged in the outer sleeve, wherein the transfer sleeve is biased in the proximal direction against the syringe, wherein a locking mechanism is arranged for limiting a proximal extension of the transfer sleeve from the outer sleeve to an initial position in an initial state, wherein the locking mechanism is arranged to allow the transfer sleeve to be extended into a needle safe position covering the advanced needle beyond the initial position after having been translated in the distal direction into a depressed position.

摘要： The invention refers to an engine for an auto-injector for administering a dose of a liquid medicament, the engine comprising a case having a distal end and a proximal end arranged to be attached to a packaged syringe containing a syringe with a hollow needle and a stopper for sealing the syringe and displacing the medicament, wherein the syringe is slidably arranged with respect to the case,the case containing: drive means capable of, upon activation: pushing the needle from a covered position into an exposed position, and operating the syringe to supply the dose of medicament, and activating means arranged to lock the drive means in a loaded state prior to manual operation and capable of, upon manual operation, releasing the drive means for injection, characterized in that the drive means is arranged as a gas spring comprising a cylinder and a piston with a plunger for transmitting the spring force, wherein a compressed gas is provided in a high pressure cavity defined between the piston and a distal end of the cylinder, wherein the cylinder is slidably arranged in the case, wherein a latch is arranged for preventing translation between the cylinder and the case, wherein the latch is disengageable by the released gas spring being at least nearly fully extended thus allowing the extended gas spring to be translated in distal direction.
