    摘要: A small handpiece with a fluid driven turbine is composed of a head portion and a neck portion connected continuously to the head portion. The head portion has a head defining a chamber therein, turbine blades mounted on a turbine rotor shaft and arranged within the chamber and the turbine rotor shaft rotatably supported in the head via bearing portions. The neck portion has a main body, a supply channel arranged in the main body to supply compressed fluid to the turbine blades within the chamber and an exhaust channel arranged in the main body to discharge the compressed fluid from the chamber. The supply channel has a single supply port. A positional relationship between the single supply port and an exhaust port of the exhaust channel is set so that the exhaust port is arranged at a position proximal to the supply port.

    摘要: An absorbent web structure composed of a mixture of 5 to 50% by weight of short fibers of a thermoplastic resin rendered hydrophilic with a surface-active agent and 95 to 50% by weight of cellulosic fibers, said thermoplastic short fibers being melt-bonded to impart self-supporting property to the web structure; characterized in that(i) said thermoplastic short fibers are rendered hydrophilic by forming an aqueous slurry of the fibers containing a nonionic surface-active agent and then dehydrating the slurry, and(ii) said nonionic surface-active agent has (a) an HLB value of from 2 to 20 and (b) a melting point equal to, or higher than, the temperature of the slurry at the time of the dehydrating treatment described in (i) above.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a steel plate-shaped component which can increase the yield and the working efficiency. When a steel plate-shaped component (1) such as a pole parking is manufactured, a steel disk-shaped initial material (10) is vertically placed in a cavity (41) of a dice (40) of a cold forging die so that the thickness direction of the initial material (10) is perpendicular to a pressing direction. The initial material (10) is pressed through cold forging against the peripheral side portion (11) by a punch (42) while the initial thickness of the initial material (10) is maintained substantially as it is, whereby an approximate component (20) approximating the plate-shaped component (1) is obtained. Subsequently, a margin portion (25) of the approximate component (20) is removed, whereby a half-finished product (30) is obtained. The half-finished product (30) is subjected to cutting work, carburizing processing, and so on, whereby the plate-shaped component (1) is obtained.
