摘要： Disclosed is an agitating device (3) to be disposed in a batch-type vessel or the like. The agitating device (3) has an upper cover plate (5), a bottom cover plate (6), an impeller (7), an inner screen member (8), and first and second outer screen members (9, 10). When a mixed liquid including a dispersoid and a dispersion medium passes through liquid communication holes (19) of the inner screen member (8) and liquid communication holes (22, 25) of the outer screen members (9, 10) during the course where it flows outward from the impeller (7) to get out of an interplate space, the circumferential component of the flow vector of the mixed liquid is mostly eliminated to allow the mixed liquid to have substantially only the radial component. This prevents the generation of vortexes so as to apply a sufficiently high shearing force to the mixed liquid to effectively prevent the formation of macro bubbles in the mixed liquid.

摘要： A double reverse revolution propeller apparatus includes front and rear propeller wherein the rear propeller is rotated at higher speeds than the front propeller. When seizure occurs, an inner shaft is disconnected from an engine at an inner shaft connection unit and is connected to an outer shaft at an inner and outer shaft connection unit to be driven in the same direction as the outer shaft. The ratio of absorption horsepower of the front propeller to the rear propeller can to be substantially equal to the ratio of rotational speed of the front propeller to that of the rear propeller. One or both of the front and rear propeller can include a variable pitch propeller. The front propeller can have more blades than the rear propeller.

摘要： A prolonged releasing pharmaceutical preparation is provided carrying a physiologically active substance, particularly, calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) or a maxadilan (MAX). This pharmaceutical preparation can attain the expected effects by incorporating the physiologically active substance into a combination, as carriers for the physiologically active substance, of a cellulosic polymer and at least one auxiliary component selected from the group consisting of fats and oils, waxes, fatty acids, saccharides and polyacrylate ester derivatives. The pharmaceutical preparation can conveniently be used, in living bodies, particularly as an intrathecal implantation-type preparation.
