摘要： A governor for injection pumps of diesel internal combustion engines in which the injection amount is controlled by the boost pressure. The governor is mounted directly on the crank casing of the internal combustion engine together with an electromagnet which is energized at startup. The governor and the electromagnet transmit thrust and motion to the control rod of the injection pump through the same lever system. The electromagnet is switched in such a way that it overrides the governor during the engine starting process. The lever system is constructed to produce a nonlinear transmission of the movement of the membrane to the control rod.

摘要： A device for regulating the delivery timing of injector pump elements is presented, whereby the injection pump elements are actuated by a camshaft of the internal combustion engine, said camshaft also being simultaneously employed to operate the intake and exhaust valves. All the cams are nonrotatably secured to the camshaft and the entire camshaft is rotatively adjusted relative to the crankshaft by a delivery timing regulator.

摘要： This invention relates to a reciprocating internal combustion engine having a cylinder crankcase in which a crankshaft is rotatably supported, to which crankshaft there is flexibly joined at least one connecting rod having a piston guided in a cylinder liner, the crankcase having fittings of an oil circulation system and various attached parts in a number independent of the number of cylinders. The crankcases with various numbers of cylinders can be cast, machined and assembled at the lowest possible cost because groups of fittings and attached parts have spacings to one of the two ends of the various cylinder crankcases (1) that remain constant.

摘要： This invention relates to a reciprocating internal combustion engine having a cylinder crankcase with a cylinder head with is designed to reduce the manufacturing and spare parts cost. A single design unified cylinder head is employed for liquid cooling and air cooling, the cylinder head having both cooling spaces for the liquid coolant and cooling fins for the cooling air. Coolant passageways in the cylinder head are connected to coolant spaces in the cylinder block portion of the cylinder crankcase by way of openings in the upper end of the cylinder block and openings in the cylinder head gasket which permit flow of coolant to the annuli in the cylinder head. In addition to the annuli, the coolant passageways in the cylinder head include a longitudinally extending header, horizontally extending web ducts extending radially inward from the annuli and vertically extending connecting conduits inclined relative to the cylinder axes interconnecting the web ducts and the header. Each connecting conduit extends through a pillar extending between the cover plate portion and the base portion of the cylinder head. The pillars are in the wind shadow of, and in a substantially parallel relationship to, injection nozzles installed in the cylinder head.
