摘要: A wheel suspension for a vehicle, in particular for utility and agricultural vehicles, has a hydro-pneumatic spring system arranged between a vehicle body and a wheel support that includes at least one hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic accumulator arrangement and an intervening valve arrangement. The hydro-pneumatic spring system contains at least two hydraulic accumulators. The hydraulic accumulators can be connected individually or in groups of more than one with the one or more hydraulic cylinders selectively by means of the valve arrangement. Preferably at least two of the hydraulic accumulators are provided with differing pre-loads. In addition load-sensitive damping, a blocking valve and a level control valve that can be controlled by a level control linkage with switches are provided.

A road finisher having a screed suitable for implementing the method set forth above wherein the road finisher or screed has an adjustment device for the remotely actuated local variation of at least the stroke of the tamper device within the pave width.

摘要: A tamper of a screed having an eccentric shaft including an eccentric section and an eccentric bushing rotatably mounted in a connecting rod driving a tamper bar. The stroke of the tamper bar is adjustable by a relative rotation between the eccentric shaft and the eccentric bushing, and a tappet and a preselection area with two tappet stop positions defining two different tamper bar strokes are provided between the eccentric shaft and the eccentric bushing, enabling adjustment of the tappet to each tappet stop position, by reversing the direction of rotation of the eccentric shaft to switch between the two strokes.

摘要: A paving screed comprises a base screed and extension screeds each of which is support via an extension guiding structure at a guidance fixed in the base screed such that each extension screed can be extended and retracted. A multiple point suspension is provided between the extension guiding structure and the guidance. A frame carrying the sole plate of the extension screed A is arranged below the extension guiding structure. Substantially vertical adjustment assemblies make it possible to adjust the height position of the frame via drives. A lateral inclination adjustment assembly is provided structurally separated from the adjustment assemblies either for the frame or within the frame for the sole plate of the extension screed.

摘要: A method for laying down a pavement in which a compaction unit such as a tamper pre-compacts the paving material with a selectable stroke and at a selectable frequency while the pavement having a selectable pavement thickness is in the process of being laid down at a selectable paving speed, the stroke of the compaction unit is automatically adjustable in response to paving parameters, such as the paving speed and/or the pavement thickness, along a characteristic curve or in a characteristic map. The compaction unit includes an adjusting mechanism which is operable during the paving operation for adjusting the stroke of the compaction unit.

摘要: A road paver F has a paving screed E the working width of which can be adjusted continuously. In order to further enlarge the working width in steps at least one paving screed extension can be mounted. A distributing auger is supported in a distributing auger support. Distributing auger extensions can be mounted to the distributing auger. Scraper blades are arranged in casting travelling direction behind distributing auger. At least a scraper blade section functionally associated to a mounted paving screed extension is carried by a channel sheet steel plate being part of the mounted distributing auger extension. The scraper blade section can be adjusted in height direction together with the distributing auger support via a drive which can be remotely controlled during a casting process.
