    摘要: An exposed aggregate finishing method for concrete. The method comprises coating the inside faces of a form for concrete with a cement setting retarder, drying, coating the dried faces with a synthetic organic polymer coating material which is soluble in an aqueous alkaline solution of cement, but is insoluble in water; and drying the coated faces. Alternatively, the method may be carried out by coating the inside faces of the form for concrete with the mixture of the cement setting retarder and the organic polymer coating material and drying the coated faces. Concrete is thereafter placed in the concrete form, the form removed and the surface of the molded concrete washed to make the surface rough.

At least two print control units having internal character code/control code groups process the data in the input data storage unit in accordance with the internal control codes. A character code/control code judging unit decodes the plurality of character codes/control code groups stored in the input data storage unit and determines which print control unit is to process the data by comparing the input control code groups with the internal control code groups of each print control unit.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a process for producing a large architectural precast concrete panel for use in outside walls and applicable to the curtain wall technique of architecture, wherein a resinous substance and an inorganic material are placed in a mold, then a hydraulic cement composition is placed on the layer of above mixture. The polymerization of the resinous substance and the hydration of the cement composition are carried out in the mold simultaneously. A particularly preferred process employs the following critical conditions:1. The viscous methyl methacrylate syrup is one obtained by mixing about 100 parts by weight of viscous methyl methacrylate syrup with from about 0.5 to about 15 parts by weight of a radical polymerizable cross-linking monomer having .alpha., .beta.-unsaturated groups to obtain a resin solution;2. The particle size of the aggregates is between 0.6 and 15mm diameter;3. The thickness of the layer of the aggregates and the thermosetting acryl resin is between about 10 and 30mm;4. The weight ratio of parts of water to parts of the cement in the hydraulic cement composition is about 50:60 to 40:50, respectively;5. The thickness of the hydraulic cement composition is about 40 to 100mm.

    摘要: The present invention provides method of fabricating components having internal teeth and rolling machine thereof, enabling large deformation at main rolling step omitting broaching step and step using gear shaper. A container having toughness against internal pressure as high as that of cold forging is provided instead of gripping mechanism of a cylindrical material. A cylindrical material is inserted into the rotatably driven container in aligned manner. A rotatably driving rolling tool is acted on the inner side to press the cylindrical material and distance between tool rotational shaft and container rotational axis is sequentially changed to successively grow tooth profile. A component having internal teeth filling the container is obtained by enlarging outer diameter by spreading. It is desirable to provide in advance the same number of concave grooves as that of internal teeth to be formed, at equal intervals on an inner circumferential face of the cylindrical material.
