    摘要: A piezoelectric force sensor includes a piezoelectric plate, with one electrode on each of the top and bottom sides of the plate. One of the electrodes is electrically connected via a conductor to a contact pad. In the case that the piezoelectric plate experiences breakage, the conductor is broken, and the remaining residual capacitance of the conductor and contact pad becomes so comparatively small that the breakage can be reliably detected.

    摘要: An acceleration sensor, which is particularly adapted for use in motor vehicles, is improved by structuring it to be readily testable, to assure reliability before installation. The acceleration sensor has a piezo element (1), which consists of at least two piezo-electric plates (2) placed on top of each other, the piezo-electrical polarization of which is oriented in opposite directions. At least two electrodes (9) are placed on each of the topside (7) and the underside (8) of the piezo element (1). For testing the sensor, the piezo element is deformed by the application of an electrical voltage to electrodes (9) of a first lateral portion (11a) of the piezo element. This deformation is detected by means of a deformation-generated voltage at the electrodes (9) of a second lateral portion (11b) of the piezo element.

    摘要: A metal support element having electronic components or circuit supports, in particular hybrid circuits, the connections of which are guided through from the component side, via a plurality of connector pins melted into glass passthroughs, to the opposite side of the support element. The connector pins are glass-mounted into pin blocks produced independently of the support element. The pin blocks are inserted into associated cutouts of the support element and fastened therein. The arrangement and number of the connector pins in the pin blocks can thereby be flexibly adapted to particular requirements with no need for modifications to the design of the support element. The material and the geometrical properties of the pin blocks can be optimally adapted to the glass-mounting process of the connector pins, while the material of the support element can be matched to the coefficient of thermal expansion of the attached circuit support.

    摘要: A sensor element, in particular for determining an angle of rotation, has a detection medium whose position varies as a function of a change in a parameter to be measured, where the change in the position of the detection medium leads to a change in an analyzable signal of the sensor element which is influenced by the detection medium. The detection medium has at least one conductor loop carrying current which is exposed to an external magnetic field; the detection medium is rotationally movably mounted so that a rotational motion of the sensor element about an angle of rotation in the plane of the magnetic field is converted into a deflection of the detection medium perpendicular to the magnetic field.
