    摘要: A sensor module, in particular for measuring an acceleration or rotational speed, having a housing base body made of a plastic material, a lead frame extending through the housing base body and having leads which have connector pins for attachment to a circuit board, a sensor system having at least one sensor chip, the sensor system being in contact with the lead frame via conductor bonds, a cover, which is connected to the base body and at least one connector pin and is made of a conductive material. A simple construction having a high shielding effect is achieved due to the fact that the conductive cover is connected to the connector pin. The cover, a lid, for example, may be contacted directly via the connector pin together with the other connector pins when the components are mounted on the circuit board. The sensor module may be molded or may have a premolded housing. The edge or a contact of the cover may be welded, soldered, glued, or pressed to a ground lead of the lead frame.

    摘要: A metal support element having electronic components or circuit supports, in particular hybrid circuits, the connections of which are guided through from the component side, via a plurality of connector pins melted into glass passthroughs, to the opposite side of the support element. The connector pins are glass-mounted into pin blocks produced independently of the support element. The pin blocks are inserted into associated cutouts of the support element and fastened therein. The arrangement and number of the connector pins in the pin blocks can thereby be flexibly adapted to particular requirements with no need for modifications to the design of the support element. The material and the geometrical properties of the pin blocks can be optimally adapted to the glass-mounting process of the connector pins, while the material of the support element can be matched to the coefficient of thermal expansion of the attached circuit support.

    摘要: A fastening device on a support panel, having at least one structural element, is to be designed in such a way that under predefined tightening of the fastening device on the support panel no lasting damage occurs. To achieve this, a holding part of the fastening device has a step at a point of connection with the support panel, and a spacer of the fastening device has a double bushing having an outer sleeve and an inner sleeve. The two sleeves are positioned with respect to each other in such a way that when the fastening device is tightened the inner bushing comes into contact with the step and the indentation of the support panel into the spacer is limited. The fastening device is preferably intended for use in the automobile industry.

    摘要: A connecting device for flexible electrical connection of circuit boards using a plurality of flexible electrical conductors positioned adjacent to each other. The flexible electrical conductors are jointly surrounded by an insulation of an flexible electrically non-conductive material. The end areas of the flexible electrical conductors have a first and a second contact area without insulation. The flexible electrical conductors and the insulation are plastically deformable, and are shaped in such a way that the flexible electrical conductors form a loop in the area of the insulation and run out in the form of a shoulder in the direction of the contact areas. The shoulder is shaped in such a way that the flexible electrical conductors and the insulation may be picked up by a tool and the contact areas may be connected to a circuit board by machine.

When, in an electric/electronic device, the first rigid section of the printed-circuit board is fixedly joined to a component part supported in a vibration-damped manner, and the second rigid section is fixedly joined to the device housing, then vibrations are prevented from being transmitted from the printed-circuit board to the component part.
