摘要： A stirrer for a bioreactor has first and second opposed mountings fastened to the inner surfaces of opposite walls of the bioreactor and disposed along a common rotational axis. A first arm has an end connected to the first mounting for rotation about the rotational axis and for pivoting about a first pivot axis that is transverse to the rotational axis. A second arm has an end connected to the second mounting for rotation about the rotational axis and for pivoting about a second pivot axis that is transverse to the rotational axis. Ends of the arms are coupled for pivoting about at least one additional pivot axis that is transverse to the rotational axis.

摘要： A container has flexible walls defining an interior. A mixer is arranged in the interior of the container and includes a mixer shaft with opposite first and second ends. A mixing element is mounted to the first end of the mixer shaft. The second end of the mixer shaft is fixed magnetically to a coupling piece disposed on the exterior of the flexible wall of the container. The coupling piece is connected operatively to a force introducing device that generates movement of the mixer.

The vessel includes an extended element for dispensing aeration gas and is spaced essentially radially from the drain/bearing port; at least one tubular element for dispensing aeration gas extends from the extended dispensing element, in the inside space, along the inside surface of the lower portion and the side portion of the wall of the container and extends on the outside of the container from the upper portion; at least one mixing element is spaced essentially from the lower portion of the container wall, from the lower bearing, and from at least one extended element for dispensing aeration gas.
