摘要: A battery module includes: a plurality of battery cells stacked on each other in a first direction and forming a stacked structure; a pair of end plates in surface contact with a first and a second ends of the stacked structure in the first direction; a pair of bus bar assemblies disposed at the first and second ends of the stacked structure in a second direction and bonding electrodes of the battery cells; a first cover covering a surface of the stacked structure in a third direction; a first clamp including a first and a second ends respectively bonded to the pair of end plates across an outer surface of the first cover; and a second clamp including a first and a second ends respectively bonded to the pair of end plates across a surface, facing a surface on which the first cover is disposed, of the stacked structure.

摘要: A battery module includes a plurality of battery cells stacked on one another in a first direction and configured to form a stacked structure. In particular, some battery cells of the plurality of battery cells are coated with hot melt respectively interposed between some battery cells of the plurality of battery cells to fix the battery cells. The battery module further includes a pair of end plates that surface-contact with opposite end battery cells of the stacked structure; and a pair of bus bar assemblies arranged at opposite ends of the stacked structure in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and configured to connect electrodes of the plurality of battery cells located at opposite ends in the second direction to each other.

摘要: Provided is a battery cooling system of a vehicle, the battery cooling system including: a battery, a battery chiller connected to the battery, a first pump mounted such that a refrigerant cooled at the battery chiller is circulated to the battery, a radiator mounted such that the radiator is connected to or disconnected from the battery, a second pump mounted such that the refrigerant cooled at the radiator is circulated to the battery, and a switching valve provided to switch a state in which a refrigerant inlet and a refrigerant outlet of the battery are respectively connected to a refrigerant outlet and a refrigerant inlet of the radiator, and a state in which the battery is disconnected from the radiator and only the refrigerant cooled at the battery chiller is circulated to the battery.

摘要: An apparatus for preventing battery overcharge is provided and includes a plurality of holders interposed between cells stacked within a battery to enclose the cells in a stacking direction. An installation space is formed between outer parts of at least two holders that enclose the cells. In addition, a fluid pouch is disposed within the installation space and adjacent to the cells inside the installation space, and contains a fluid therein. A cutting part is disposed within the installation space and has a first end disposed adjacent to the fluid pouch, and has a cutter edge heading between a lead tab and a bus bar at a second end of the cutting part.

摘要: A cooling system of an electric vehicle includes: an integral valve with one or more coolant inlets and two or more coolant outlets, and which selectively discharges coolant through one of the coolant outlets; coolant paths that are connected with each other such that the coolant discharged through one of the coolant outlets is introduced back into the integral valve through the one or more coolant inlets after being supplied to a portion where coolant circulation is required; and a temperature controller that selectively controls a temperature of the coolant. The integral valve, at least a portion of the plurality of coolant paths, and the temperature controller may form one valve module.
