摘要: A clutch control apparatus includes: a judder extractor for extracting a judder component based on a speed of a transmission input shaft; an anti-judder signal generator for generating a basic control signal, which is a reverse phase signal to the judder component, based on the judder component extracted by the judder extractor; a signal separator for separating an amplitude and a phase of the basic control signal received from the anti-judder signal generator; and a signal post-processing device for respectively adjusting the amplitude and the phase output from the signal separator and then combining the same together to output anti-judder torque.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a driving control method for hybrid type vehicles with a DCT. The method includes: receiving the motor speed from a driving motor; when abnormality of the motor speed is detected, requesting driving of an engine and determining whether an engine clutch is engaged; if it is determined that the engine clutch is released, controlling a clutch of a current driving stage using a clutch torque higher than a transmission input torque; controlling the current driving stage to be a limp home driving stage set in advance to be in a limp home driven status.

摘要: A shift control method for a dual clutch transmission (DCT) vehicle may include, performed by a controller of the DCT, an actual shift determining step, a cooperation control termination determining step, a flare determining step, an engine torque reducing step, a torque adding step, an engine torque raising step, and a shift finishing step of reducing an amount of reduction of the engine torque until synchronization is completed in proportion to a synchronization prediction time in which it takes an engine speed to reach a synchronization speed when the synchronization prediction time is smaller than a reference time during which the torque adding step and the engine torque raising step are performed, and having slip control over an engagement-side clutch.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a control method for a vehicle with a DCT, the method including: a diagnosing step of disengaging a corresponding clutch and limiting engine torque to suppress an increase in engine RPM when a controller detects an error from a hall sensor signal, and then applying a test pulse for diagnosing the hall sensor; a reset attempting step of attempting to reset the clutch to an initial position when the controller determines that the hall sensor signal is normal after the diagnosing step; and a returning step of starting normal control of the clutch from the initial position to a target clutch stroke by means of the controller and of removing the limiting of the engine torque, when the clutch is reset to the initial position in the reset attempting step.
