    摘要: Steel, wood and other structural elements and substrates are flameproofed by being coated with a composition comprising at least one metal salt of a phosphonocarboxylic or phosphonophosphonic acid of the formula ##STR1## in which R.sub.1 =a carboxy group, a phosphono group, an alkyl, alkoxy or alkylamino radical optionally substituted one or more times by oxygen and/or nitrogen and containing at least one substituent from the group comprising the substitutents --COOH and --PO.sub.3 H.sub.2, the alkyl group containing from 1 to 12 carbon atoms, preferably from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and the sum of the number of carboxyl and phosphono groups being from 1 to 8, preferably from 1 to 4; or a hydroxyalkyl or aminoalkyl radical containing from 1 to 12 and preferably from 1 to 4 carbon atoms,R.sub.2 =hydrogen, chlorine, bromine, an alkyl radical with 1 to 12 carbon atoms, preferably with 1 to 4 carbon atoms; a hydroxyl, amino, acylamino such as C.sub.1-4 -alkanoylamino, ureido, carbamoyl, phenyl, carboxyl or phosphono group,R.sub.3 =hydrogen, chlorine, bromine, an alkyl radical with 1 to 12 carbon atoms, preferably with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, a phenyl radical or the groups mentioned for R.sub.1, but independently of R.sub.1, andR.sub.2 and R.sub.3 together may, with the carbon atom to which they are attached, form a 5- to 7-membered carbocyclic ring which may optionally be interrupted by nitrogen, or R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 together may represent an alkylene radical, preferably a methylene radical, or a C.sub.1-4, preferably C.sub.1-2, alkylene radical optionally substituted by phosphono groups and/or carboxyl groups; or together R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 may represent a double-bonded oxygen atom.Upon heating, the salt forms a foam which protects the substrate.

    摘要: Thermoplastic, branched aromatic polyphosphonates with average molecular weights (number average M.sub.n) of from 11,000 to more than 200,000, obtainable by transesterifying (a) from 97 to 100 moles of at least one diaryl phosphonate, and (b) from 0 to 3 moles of at least one triaryl phosphate--the sum of the moled of (a) and (b) being 100--with (c) from 90 to 99 moles of at least one aromatic dihydroxy compound, and (d) from 0 to 3 moles of at least one aromatic trihydroxy or tetrahydroxy compound--with the proviso that at least one of the components (b) and (d) is present in a quantity of at least 0.001 mole and that, where (b) and (d) are used, the maximum limit on the moles is 3.0.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing silane (SiH4) by a) reacting metallurgical silicon with silicon tetrachloride (SiCl4) and hydrogen (H2), to form a crude gas stream containing trichlorosilane (SiHCl3) and silicon tetrachloride (SiCl4), b) removing impurities from the resulting crude gas stream by washing with condensed chlorosilanes, c) condensing and subsequently, separating the purified crude gas stream by distillation, d) returning the partial stream consisting essentially of SiCl4 to the reaction of metallurgical silicon with SiCl4 and H2, e) disproportionating the partial stream containing SiHCl3, to form SiCl4 and SiH4 and f) returning the SiH4 formed by disproportionation to the reaction of metallurgical silicon with SiCl4 and H2, the crude gas stream containing trichlorosilane and silicon tetrachloride being liberated from solids as far as possible by gas filtration before being washed with the condensed chlorosilanes. The washing process with the condensed chlorosilanes is carried out at a pressure of 25 to 40 bar and at a temperature of at least 150° C. in a single-stage distillation column and is carried out in such a way that 0.1 to 3 wt. % of the crude gas stream containing trichlorosilane and silicon tetrachloride is recovered in the form of a condensed liquid phase consisting essentially of SiCl4, this liquid phase then being removed from the SiCl4 circuit and expanded to a pressure of 1 bar outside said SiCl4 circuit and cooled to a temperature of 10 to 40° C., whereby dissolved impurities separate out and are then removed by filtration.
