摘要: The present invention discloses a cell culturing system that cultures predetermined cells collected from a patient and supplies cultured cells to the original patient, which together with enabling correlations between the cultured cells and the supplier of the cells to be managed accurately and easily at all times, allows cultured cells and patients to be collated rapidly. In a cell culturing system 20 that carries in cells containing stem cells and contains them in an incoming transport container to which is attached unique identification information, transfers the transported cells to and cultures them in a culture container to which is attached unique identification information, and carries out the cultured cells by transferring them to an outgoing transport container to which is attached unique identification information, ID numbers attached to the containers before and after transfer are input from a barcode reader 31 whenever the cells are transferred to a different container. The input ID numbers are then stored in a database provided in a managing server 40 in mutual correlation.

摘要: To provide a spinous process spacer that can be stably inserted and fixed between split faces of a split spinous process in a gapless manner, without made-to-order production for each patient. There is provided a spinous process spacer (1) for insertion between split halves of a spinous process resulting from longitudinal splitting of the spinous process, wherein the spinous process spacer is formed in an approximately cylindrical shape and the opposite end faces (2, 3) thereof are constituted by planes which mutually form a fixed angle.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a method for level equalization. In this method, a first optical amplifier having a gain tilt coefficient defined as a change in gain tilt to a unit change in gain is first provided. A second optical amplifier having a gain tilt coefficient different from the gain tilt coefficient of the first optical amplifier is cascaded to the first optical amplifier. The gains of the first and second optical amplifiers are distributed so that a level tilt of light amplified by the first and second optical amplifiers becomes substantially flat. Thus, it is possible to provide a simple method for allowing automatic level equalization by providing a plurality of optical amplifiers having different gain tilt coefficients and distributing the gains of these optical amplifiers so that a level tilt of light amplified by these optical amplifiers becomes substantially flat.

摘要: The present invention relates to a driving method for displaying television signals on an X-Y matrix type liquid crystal display panel having both switching elements and memory elements for respective picture elements which utilizes the phenomenon that high frequencies reduce the erasing time of the liquid crystals. According to the present invention, when a panel is driven by means of a line at a time process, each horizontal scanning period is divided into two periods, a video signal period and a erasing signal period, thereby to provide a composite signal having a video signal portion and an erasing signal portion so that a first pulse corresponding to the video signal period writes the video signal on that panel and a plurality of second pulses corresponding to the erasing signal period applies the erasing signal to the panel for erasing.

摘要: A polarization fluctuation compensation device, when WDM light received by, for example, an optical reception device includes a polarization scrambled optical signal and a non-polarization scrambled optical signal, collects information related to whether optical signals having respective wavelengths are polarization scrambled, obtains a target value of control parameters which are different from each other, according to the speed of polarization fluctuations in the non-polarization scrambled optical signal based on the collected information, and performs reception processing of the non-polarization scrambled optical signal by using a control parameter set as the target value. As a result, an influence of fast polarization fluctuations generated resulting from an interaction between optical signals having respective wavelengths can be reliably compensated for, thereby enabling to realize excellent reception characteristics.
