    摘要: An image transfer apparatus includes a generator, a scrambling device, first and second converters, a descrambling device, a detector, and a retransmission request unit. The generator generates packets each having an error detecting code added to image data. The scrambling device scrambles the generated packets on a packet-to-packet basis to reduce repetition of identical data. The first converter subjects the scrambled packets to parallel-to-serial conversion, and transfers the packets to a target apparatus. The second converter receives the scrambled packets from the target apparatus, and subjects the received packets to serial-to-parallel conversion. The descrambling device descrambles the packets subjected to the serial-to-parallel conversion. The detector detects an error from the error detecting code of each of the descrambled packets. Upon detection of the error, the retransmission request unit requests the target apparatus to retransmit the packet in which the error is detected.

    摘要: There are provided an image processing apparatus and an image processing method which are capable of correctly determining the scaling factor of an input image containing a specific image composed of a predetermined number of partial images. When an input image is inputted, the partial image detection unit 1 detects information about partial images. As information about partial images, information indicating whether partial images exist, the size of the partial images, and the like are outputted. The information about partial images is outputted for each pixel of an input image and a pattern composed of the information about partial images is obtained. The scaling factor estimation unit 2 uses a pattern composed of the information about partial images outputted from the partial image detection unit 1 to detect an area where a predetermined number of partial images exist, and determines the scaling factor of the input image from information of the area.

    摘要: A data transmission apparatus includes a packet generation section, a frame encoding section, a transmission section, a reception section, a frame decoding section and a packet extraction section. The packet generation section generates a packet upon request. The frame encoding section generates a frame having a predetermined length by dividing the packet or adding dummy data to the packet and generates an error-correcting-code-added frame by adding an error correcting code to the frame. The transmission section transmits the generated error-correcting-code-added frame through a transmission line. The reception section receives the error-correcting-code-added frame. The frame decoding section performs an error detection and an error correction for the error-correcting-code-added frame. The packet extraction section extracts the packet by removing the error correcting code from the error-correcting-code-added frame for which the error detection and the error correction have been performed.

    摘要: A partial response (PR) waveform generator generates a digital value sequence of an expected PR waveform based on the output of a soft-decision Viterbi detector included in, for example, a first-stage decoder unit incorporated in an iterative decoder. The generator also generates flag information indicative of whether reliability of the digital value sequence is low or high, in parallel with the generation of the digital value sequence. An error detector detects error values in a PR equalized sample value sequence, needed for feedback control of a control target, using the digital value sequence of the expected PR waveform as a digital value sequence of a reference waveform. An error output controller controls the output of the error values detected by the error detector in accordance with the state of the flag information generated by the generator.
