    摘要： A thermoplastic resin composition containing a polyamide resin composition (C) consisting of a polyamide resin (A) and another thermoplastic resin (B) and at least one modifier (D) is excellent in coatability, mechanical properties, linear expansion coefficient and appearance, can be molded into an article which comprises the polyamide resin (C), wherein the ratio of the percent occupied area of the polyamide resin on the surface of the article to the weight percentage of the polyamide in the polyamide resin composition (C) is not less than 1.2, and/or the ratio of the percent concentration of the polyamide resin on the surface of the article determined on the basis of the nitrogen concentration on the surface of the article to the weight percentage of the polyamide in the polyamide resin composition (C) is not less than 1,2, which article is suited for electric and electronic parts and automobile parts such as a bumper, fender and wheel cover.

    摘要： A method for surface treating a resin composition molded article and a method for coating a resin composition molded article are disclosed, which comprise irradiating a molded article with ultraviolet light having an irradiation wavelength in the region of 300 nm or less and, if desired, coating the thus UV-irradiated surface with a coating, the molded article being obtained from a resin composition comprising (I) 100 parts by weight of a resin composition comprising (A) from 5 to 99.5% by weight of a polypropylene resin selected from the group consisting of polypropylene, modified polypropylene, and a modified polypropylene/polypropylene composition and (B) from 0.5 to 95% by weight of at least one thermoplastic resin selected from the group consisting of a polyamide resin, a polyphenylene ether resin, a mixture of a polyphenylene ether resin and a styrene resin, a graft copolymer of a polyphenylene ether resin and styrene, and a saturated polyester resin; and (II) up to 30 parts by weight of at least one compatibilizer for improving compatibility between the polypropylene resin (A) and the thermoplastic resin (B), the compatabilizer being selected from the group consisting of an unsaturated carboxylic acid compound having at least one carboxyl group in the molecule thereof or a derivative thereof, a diamine compound having at least two nitrogen atoms in the molecule thereof or a derivative thereof, and an epoxy-containing copolymer.

    摘要： The thermoplastic resin composition disclosed herein comprises:(1) a resin composition consisting of(i) at least one member selected from the group consisting of(a) a modified polypropylene to which has been graft copolymerized an unsaturated carboxylic acid or the derivative thereof,(b) a modified polypropylene to which have been graft comodified an unsaturated aromatic monomer and either an unsaturated carboxylic acid or the derivative thereof,(c) a mixture of the modified polypropylene (a) and a polypropylene,(d) a mixture of the modified polypropylene (b) and a polypropylene,(e) a modified mixture of a polypropylene and a rubbery substance to which mixture has been graft copolymerized an unsaturated carboxylic acid or the derivative thereof,(f) a modified mixture of a polypropylene and a rubbery substance to which mixture have been graft copolymerized an unsaturated aromatic monomer and either an unsaturated carboxylic acid or the derivative thereof,(g) a mixture of the modified mixture (e) and a polypropylene, and(h) a mixture of the modified mixture (f) and a polypropylene, and(ii) a thermoplastic copolymer (E) containing acid anhydride moiety of six-membered ring, and(2) an epoxy group-containing copolymer (G).The thermoplastic resin composition according to the present invention not only exhibits excellent processability but also produces remarkable advantages in that it gives far better physical properties than those expected from each polymer which constitutes the thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention.The novel resin composition provided by the present invention can be easily processed into molded articles, films and sheets by a molding method generally used for thermoplastic resins such as injection molding, extrusion molding, etc, and can give products which have well-balanced properties among stiffness, heat resistance, impact resistance, scratch resistance, coatability, oil resistance, chemical resistance, water resistance, etc., and which are excellent in appearance uniformity and smoothness. The thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention is particularly suitable for use where well-balanced properties among heat resistance and impact resistance, low-temperature impact resistance in particular, are required.
