    摘要: This invention provides a thermosetting high solids coating composition comprising: (A) a copolymer prepared by polymerizing monomer components comprising (a) 30 to 50 wt. % of vinyltrimethoxysilane and/or vinyltriethoxysilane, (b) 5 to 15 wt. % of N-methylol(meth)acrylamide alkyl ether and (c) 35 to 65 wt. % of another polymerizable unsaturated monomer, (B) a hydroxyl-containing resin having a hydroxyl value of 10 to 200 mg KOH/g, and (C) a curing catalyst. This invention further provides a method for forming a topcoat using said composition. The composition of the invention achieves the following remarkable effects: it forms a coating film excellent in acid resistance and scratch resistance, and it is superior in storage stability and recoat adhesion.

    摘要: The application discloses a method for forming a multi-layer coating film on a coating object, which comprises applying a first colored paint, second colored paint and a clear paint onto a coating object by 3 coat-1 bake system, which is characterized in that at least either one of said first and second colored paints comprises a polyester resin, crosslinking agent and coloring pigment, said polyester resin being one prepared with use of tris(2-hydroxyethyl)isocyanurate as at least a part of its polyhydric alcohol component. According to this method, mixing of coating layers at their interfaces is prevented to improve appearance and levelling property of the coated film.

    摘要: A support member that supports developer cartridges is configured to be moved in a predetermined direction between a mounted position and a pulled-out position. A moving mechanism is configured to move a supply member in the developer cartridge between a communication position and an interrupt position when the support member is in the mounted position. When the supply member is in the communication position, a supply opening and a reception opening are in communication with each other and the support member is incapable of moving in the predetermined direction. When the supply member is in the interrupt position, the supply member is moved away from a corresponding image forming unit in the axial direction to interrupt communication between the supply opening and the reception opening and the support member is movable toward the pulled-out position in the predetermined direction.
