摘要： An aqueous color paint composition comprising(I) an aqueous dispersion of acrylic polymer fine particles,(II) a modified polyester resin aqueous dispersion obtained by neutralizing, with a basic substance, a modified polyester resin formed by polymerizing (A) a radical-polymerizable unsaturated group-containing polyester resin and (B) a mixture of an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid and another copolymerizable unsaturated monomer and having an acid value of 8 to 200 and a hydroxyl value of 30 to 300, and dispersing the resulting resin in an aqueous dispersion medium,(III) a crosslinking agent, and(IV) a color pigment.The composition is, even if high-solid, good in coatability and excellent in smoothness of the coated film. It is therefore quite suitable as a high-solid base coat composition when coating an outside plate, etc. of automobiles, two-wheelers, electric appliances, etc. requiring beautiful appearance.

摘要： A method for magnetic resonance (MR) imaging or spectroscopy on a MR scanner to detect tissue physiological parameters in one or more tissue areas in a human or non-human subject includes administering to the subject a contrast enhancing physiologically tolerable amount of a sugar that is non-labeled, subjecting the subject to an MR procedure capable of generating MR signals encoding at least one tissue area in the subject in which the sugar either passes or is taken up, detecting a temporal variation in the MR signals in the at least one tissue area after the administering the sugar, determining at least one tissue-related parameter from the temporal variation, and ascertaining whether the at least one tissue-related parameter is abnormal.

The syringe includes a cartridge holder for use with 1.0 ml and 1.8 ml cartridges, the push rod having a 1.0 ml position and a 1.8 ml position drawn back from the 1.0 ml position so that push rod movement can end at a common terminal position for both, a sleeve adapted to receive the push rod rear end when pushed back from the common terminal position, and to be not interfered with by the push rod's rear end when it is in the 1.0 ml position, the sleeve being pushed rearward with the push rod's rear end when pushed back to the 1.8 ml position.

摘要： An inkjet recording apparatus, method and computer readable medium are provided. The inkjet recording apparatus includes a recording head comprising a nozzle formation surface having a plurality of ink discharging nozzles formed thereon; a wiper which has elasticity and wipes the nozzle formation surface by pressingly contacting against the nozzle formation surface of the recording head; and a moving unit which moves at least one of the recording head and the wiper to wipe the nozzle formation surface at a first relative speed and moves the at least one of the recording head and the wiper to separate from each other at a second relative speed, which is less than the first relative speed. The method includes moving at least one of the inkjet recording head and the wiper relative to each other so that the wiper wipes the nozzle formation surface at a first relative speed; and separating the wiper from the inkjet recording head at a second relative speed, which is less than the first relative speed.

摘要： There is provided an injection needle removing apparatus for dental cartridge syringe comprising a chuck device (22) mounted within a housing (11) and including chuck jaws (26) for gripping a needle hub (25′), means for opening and closing the chuck jaws, a needle receptacle (14) adapted to rotatably support the housing (11), and means (50, 55, 56) for rotating the housing relative to the receptacle, the rotation of the housing causing the chuck device, together with the housing, to be rotated relative to the injection needle, thereby removing the injection needle from the syringe. In this arrangement, any rotative power transmission mechanism is not required to rotate the chuck device itself relative to the syringe.
