摘要: An object is to provide an aqueous coating material composition having high viscosity expression property as well as a viscosity property of decreasing viscosity with increase in shear velocity; in particular, to provide an aqueous coating material composition that can form a multilayer coating film having excellent smoothness, clarity, flip-flop property, adhesion, and water resistance; in addition, to provide a method for forming a multilayer coating film using such aqueous coating material composition, as well as a coated article that has been coated with such aqueous coating material composition. As a solution, an aqueous coating material composition is provided that contains a polyester resin (A), acrylic resin particles (B), a curing agent (C), and a coloring pigment (D), wherein the polyester resin (A) is a resin containing a trifunctional or higher polyfunctional polycarboxylic acid (a1) and a polyol (a2) as monomer components.

摘要: Disclosed herein is an aqueous composition including components (A) from 10% to 35% by weight of acrylic resin without hydroxyl group, where the acrylic resin has an average particle diameter in a range of from 50 μm to 200 μm measured by dynamic light scattering according to ISO13321:2004, (B) from 0.1% to 4% by weight of a film-forming aid having a boiling point of no more than 300° C. under 1 atm, (C) from 1% to 8% by weight of a lubricant having an average particle diameter in a range of from 100 nm to 600 nm measured by dynamic light scattering according to ISO13321:2004, and (D) from 0.1% to 1% by weight of a water-soluble chromium compound, where its weight is calculated from the chromium element, and the weight percentages of all components are based on the total weight of the aqueous composition.

摘要: This invention relates to a method for manufacturing a continuous linerless label web. The continuous linerless label web comprises a positionally alternating adhesive coating on a face. The method comprises: supplying the face with a release coating arranged on a first side, providing positionally alternating continuous adhesive stripes on a second side wherein predetermined properties of the positionally alternating continuous adhesive stripes are selected so that number of stripes in each single customer roll is one or more, width of each stripe is smaller than width of single customer roll, and positional frequency is selected so that one oscillation cycle covers 0.1-10 peripherical lengths in a machine roll, and 1-100 peripherical lengths in a customer roll defined as peripheries of full rolls. This invention further relates to a linerless label web and a linerless customer roll.

摘要: There is described an acrylic polyester resin, obtainable by grafting an acrylic polymer with a polyester material. The polyester material is obtainable by polymerizing (i) a polyacid component, with (ii) a polyol component. At least one of the polyacid component and/or the polyol component comprises a monomer having an aliphatic group containing at least 15 carbon atoms. At least one of the polyacid component and/or the polyol component comprises a functional monomer operable to impart functionality on to the polyester resin, such that an acrylic polymer may be grafted with the polyester material via the use of said functionality. Also provided is an aqueous coating composition comprising the acrylic polyester resin and a packaging coated with the composition.

摘要: A zirconium nitride powder having a volume resistivity of 107 Ω·cm or more in the state of the pressurized powder body hardened at a pressure of 5 MPa, and a particle size distribution D90 of 10 μm or less when ultrasonically dispersed for 5 minutes in a state of being diluted with water or an alcohol having a carbon number of which is in a range of 2 to 5. Also, the zirconium nitride powder is dispersed in an acrylic monomer or an epoxy monomer to prepare a monomer dispersion. Further, the zirconium nitride powder is dispersed in a dispersing medium as a black pigment and further a resin is mixed to prepare a black composition.

摘要: A method for forming a multilayer coating film includes applying an aqueous first base coating composition (A) onto a cured electrodeposition coating film, applying an aqueous second base coating composition (B) without preheating, performing preheating, further applying a clear coating composition (C), and simultaneously heat-curing the first base coating film, the second base coating film, and the clear coating film. The aqueous first base coating composition contains a specific aqueous polyester resin, a specific aqueous acrylic resin, a specific aqueous urethane resin and a melamine resin. A breaking energy of a coating film formed of the aqueous first base coating composition and a peel strength between the coating film and the cured electrodeposition coating film are controlled to specific values.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a jet-black multilayer coating film having excellent properties in high appearance, water resistance, and humidity resistance and comprising a base coating film and a clear coating film formed by a coating composition containing a plant-derived aliphatic polyester mainly and a method for forming the same.A jet-black multilayer coating film comprising a base coating film layer formed by a base coating composition which contains a polyester polyol (A-1) containing a polyol having three or more functions and lactic acid as a consisting component of 80 mol % or more and having a hydroxyl value of 140 to 240 mgKOH/g wherein 70 mol % or more of the hydroxyl groups are secondary hydroxyl groups, an acrylic resin (A-2) with a hydroxyl value of 30 to 80 mgKOH/g and a glass transition point of 40 to 80° C., and a polyisocyanate (A-3), anda clear coating film layer formed on said base coating film layer by a clear coating composition which contains a polyester polyol (B-1) obtained by polymerization of a raw composition of a polyol having three or more functions, sebacic acid, and a diol and having a hydroxyl value of 140 to 240 mgKOH/g, an acrylic resin (B-2) with a hydroxyl value of 120 to 220 mgKOH/g, and a polyisocyanate (B-3).
