A wafer carrier (200) storing wafers (200A) is indirectly seated on the movable table via an adaptor (10), or a wafer carrier (300) storing wafers (300A) is directly seated on the movable table. The module (161) detects which of the wafer carriers is seated on the movable table and outputs a detection signal in response to the wafer carriers. The module (162) conducts mapping for the wafers, receiving the detection signal sent from the module (161).

    摘要: A plasma addressed display device includes a flat panel, a scanning circuit and a signal circuit. The flat panel is of a superimposed structure of a plasma cell having scanning electrodes in a row configuration and a display cell having scanning electrodes in a column configuration. The scanning circuit sequentially applies selection pulses to the scanning electrode to scan the display panel. The signal circuit writes the picture data in the signal electrode in synchronism with this scanning. On the plasma cells, there are formed reciprocally isolated discharge channels in a row configuration. To each discharge channel, charged with an electrically dischargeable gas, are allotted plural scanning electrodes. As characteristic of the present invention, the scanning circuit sequentially applies the selection pulses to the scanning electrode allotted to a sole discharge channel to produce electrical discharge to form at least two scanning lines to a sole discharge channel. This realizes a high open area ratio and high resolution of the plasma addressed display device.

    摘要: An engine comprising a main intake passage having a throttle valve therein. A bypass passage is branched off from the main intake passage located upstream of the throttle valve and is connected to the main intake passage located downstream of the throttle valve. A flow control valve, actuated by a step motor, is arranged in the bypass passage. The step motor is controlled by an electronic control unit having three memories. The data, indicating the step position of the step motor, is stored in the three memories at the same time. When at least two pieces of data among the data stored in the three memories are the same, it is determined that the two pieces of data are considered as true data indicating the actual step position of the step motor.

A first capacitor is charged with the high voltage signal output by the power supply source. A load device is supplied with the high voltage signal charged in the first capacitor.     摘要: A production process of pigment according to this invention comprises the steps of: a first step of forming an inorganic compound coating layer on the entire surfaces of scaly substrates made of ceramic; a second step of forming metallic glossy dots on the surfaces of the inorganic compound coating layer in a scattered manner by an electroless plating, and the metallic glossy dots occupying from 0.05 to 95% of the surfaces of the inorganic compound coating layer with respect to the total surface area of the inorganic compound coating layer; and a third step of irradiating ultraviolet ray on particles formed by the second step. The impurities and the like, which adversely affect the color hue of the pigment, have been discolored or faded away by the ultraviolet ray irradiation in the third step. Accordingly, the pigment having good weather resistance can be produced readily and stably by the present invention.
