    摘要: A control circuit for a vehicle level adjusting apparatus which avoids performing vehicle level adjustment in response to momentary changes in the vehicle level during driving of the vehicle, and at the same time provides a prompt vehicle level adjustment in response to essential or substantial changes in the vehicle level during a halt or rest state. The control circuit includes a first circuit which receives at least one first signal based on a comparison between a reference vehicle level range and an actual vehicle level to make a judgment as to the necessity of an adjustment of the vehicle level and issues a second signal having a first signal status when the adjustment is judged to be necessary and a second signal status when the adjustment is judged to be unnecessary. A second circuit receives the second signal and issues a third signal based in a normal state of the second circuit on the second signal status as prolonged by a predetermined time and in a reset state of the second circuit on the second signal status as not prolonged. A third circuit receives the third signal and issues a control signal to the vehicle level adjusting apparatus. The control circuit is further provided with a fourth circuit which receives a fourth signal based on a halt or rest state of the vehicle and resets the second circuit.

    摘要: An apparatus for automatically controlling tunnel face hydraulic pressure in a hydraulic chamber defined by a rotary cutter head and bulkhead in a shield type excavator used in hydraulic tunnel boring system including a pipe for feeding a hydraulic material with a feeding pump from a reservoir to the chamber and a pipe for discharging a mixture of the fed hydraulic material with ground formations excavated by the cutter head from the chamber to the reservoir with a discharging pump. The apparatus substantially comprises a first pressure gauge for measuring actual tunnel face hydraulic pressure in the chamber, a feeding-pipe bypass provided close to the chamber, a first pressure regulating valve provided in the bypass, a second pressure regulating valve in the feeding pipe bypassed by the bypass, a first pressure regulator in which a first predetermined feeding pressure is preset for comparing the actual pressure measured by the first gauge with the first predetermined feeding pressure and controlling the second valve responsive to any differences between the both pressures compared in the first regulator, a second pressure gauge for measuring fed-hydraulic-material pressure upstream the bypass a third pressure regulating valve provided in the feeding pipe upstream the second pressure gauge, and a second pressure regulator in which a second predetermined feeding pressure is preset for comparing the measured fed-hydraulic-material pressure with the second predetermined pressure and controlling the third valve responsive to any differences between the both pressures compared in the second regulator. The second predetermined feeding pressure is preferrably made slightly higher than the first predetermined feeding pressure.

    摘要: A device for removing relatively larger size gravels, stones, crushed rocks and the like contained in a discharged mixture of fed slurry or muddy water and excavated ground formation components in hydraulic tunnel boring systems. The device comprises a lattice-shaped classifying means connected at one end to a discharging pipe for conducting the mixture from the tunnel face, a primary chamber connected to the other end of the classifying means for receiving and storing classified gravels and the like, and a secondary chamber communicating with the primary chamber through a valve for receiving and retaining the gravels and the like filled in the primary chamber. A housing surrounds and rotatably supports the classifying means and includes a discharging pipe for conducting muddy water passed through the clarifying means. A motor rotates the classifying means for performing classifying work. The secondary chamber has a valve on its discharging side and the valve between the primary and secondary chambers and the valve of the secondary chamber are alternately closed and opened so that removal of the classified gravels and the like may be made without interrupting the hydraulic tunnel boring. The device is preferably provided at the discharging position of the secondary chamber for weighing classified and discharged gravels and the like for determining actually excavated amount of the ground formation components in cooperation with means for determining dry mud amount provided in feeding and discharging pipes of the slurry or water and the mixture.
