摘要： An apparatus for winding reinforcing fibers around a column is provided which comprises a non-rotatable annular frame provided around the column to be moved up and down; a rotatable annular frame provided upon the non-rotatable annular frame and arranged to be rotated around the column by a first driving motor on the non-rotatable annular frame; means provided on the rotatable annular frame for supplying reinforcing fibers around the column; at least three chain members for suspending the non-rotatable annular frame above the ground or floor level; and lift means provided at the periphery of the non-rotatable annular frame and engaged with the chain members to move up and down the non-rotatable annular frame by a second driving motors provided on the non-rotatable annular frame.

摘要： A magnetostrictive stress sensor (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16) includes: a magnetic member {20, (107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112)} having a magnetostriction; a permanent magnet (30, 35, 113) adjacent to the magnetic member; a magnetic sensor (40, 104A, 104B) for detecting a leak magnetic flux on a side opposite to the permanent magnet with respect to the magnetic member, wherein the leak magnetic flux changes according to a stress acting on the magnetic member and the magnetic sensor detects the change of the leak magnetic flux, to thereby detect the stress acting on the magnetic member, and a direction (21, 108A, 109A) of the stress acting on the magnetic member is substantially orthogonal to a magnetizing direction (31, 31, 113A) of the permanent magnet.

摘要： A method of bonding dissimilar metals, a bonding structure formed by such a method and a bonding apparatus for performing such a method. The resulting bond is capable of preventing corrosion (e.g., electric corrosion) resulting from contact of the dissimilar metals and obtains a dissimilar material joint exhibiting anti-corrosive property and bonding strength at low costs. The method includes overlapping two materials made from dissimilar metals having a seal material interposed therebetween and discharging the seal material from a bonding interface and bonding the two materials in direct contact with each other.

A process includes the steps of (a) forming a source/drain wiring by using a first mask; (b) forming a thin film transistor region and gate wiring by using a second mask; (c) forming an opening for a transistor, in a passivation film by using a third mask; (d) forming a rough surface of the interlayer insulating film and to form an opening for the transistor by using a fourth mask by halftone exposure, and (e) forming a reflective metal which extend through the respective openings for the transistor in the passivation film and the interlayer insulating film so that it is electrically connected to the source wiring by using a fifth mask.
