摘要: An object of this invention is to provide a hinge device excellent in durability and a foldable cellular phone using the hinge device. The hinge device includes: a cylindrical case 7 having a bottom formed on one end; a disk member 6 contained in the bottom of this case, and rotating integrally with this case; a cam member 4 contained in the case, wherein at a closed position and an open position of a cover body 12, an engagement state in which the cam member is engaged with the disk member is maintained to fixed the cover body 12, and the engagement state is cancelled by rotation caused by an opening or a closing operation of the cover body 12; an urging means 3 for causing one end to press the cam member in a direction of the disk member, and for maintaining the engagement state in which the cam member is engaged with the disk member; and a stop 2 that prevents the other end of the urging means from moving in an axial direction, and that rotates integrally with the cam member.

摘要: A blood separating composition for use in blood collection tubes, the composition having an absolute viscosity of 100,000-320,000 cP at 25.degree. C. at a shear rate of 1 sec.sup.-1 when the blood separating composition turns into its dynamic state from its stationary state, with a reduced viscosity of 50,000 cP or more at a shear rate of 10 sec.sup.-1 in the dynamic state. The absolute viscosity of said composition is 100,000-300,000 cP at the shear rate of 1 sec.sup.-1 when returning to the stationary state. Such a viscosity renders stable and less flowable and blood separating composition during storage, allowing it to form a stable partition barrier in each collection tube when centrifuged to separate the blood phases one from another, with the blood cells above the barrier being prevented from remaining within the serum. The blood separating composition does not release any harmful oily substance or the like.

摘要: An object of this invention is to provide a hinge device simple in structure, excellent is cost efficiency, and excellent in durability, and a cellular phone using the hinge device. To attain this object, the hinge device includes a tubular member 5, a catch 3 which includes engagement projected parts 38 each having a convex surface with a specified radius of curvature formed thereon, a energizing means 4, and a disk 2 which includes engagement recessed parts 32 engaged with the engagement projected parts in regions opposed to the engagement projected parts 32 of the catch, respectively, and which is rotatably connected with the catch, each of the engagement recessed parts 32 having concave surfaces with a radius of curvature larger than the radius of curvature of the engagement recessed parts formed thereon. An engagement state in which the engagement projected parts 38 are engaged with the respective engagement recessed parts 32 is maintained by an energizing force of an energizing unit to fix the cover body section, whereas the engagement state is released by opening and closing the cover body section against the energizing force.

摘要: Abutment projections (54, 54) of a resin-made driver member (not shown) are inserted in the opposite end portions of a key groove (41) of a metal-made turnable member (4) in the circumferential direction. A key portion (B3) of a receiving cylindrical portion is inserted between the abutment projections (54, 54). The interval between the abutment projections (54, 54) in the circumferential direction is set to be slightly larger than the width of the key portion (B3). By doing so, when a transmission section is turned into an open position or a closed position, the abutment projections (54, 54) and the key portion (B3) are collided with each other, thereby generating a click sound. Moreover, since both the abutment projections (54, 54) and the key portion (B3) are formed of resin, they can be prevented from getting worn out soon.
