    摘要: There is provided a heat insulating hose which comprises a seamless cylindrical inner tube formed of a synthetic resin, and a cylindrical heat insulating layer formed of a foamed synthetic resin for covering an outer peripheral face of the inner tube, characterized in that the inner tube is provided at its one end with a cylindrical part for connection with a drain outlet of an air conditioning appliance and formed with a number of ring-shaped protrusion stripes which project toward its outer circumference over an entire length thereof in its axial direction except the cylindrical part spacing a distance W which is wider than an axial width w of each of the ring-shaped protrusion stripes, and that an area b of a desired range spaced by a determined length a from the cylindrical part is an area wherein a number of ring-shaped protrusion stripes are formed at a smaller distance s. Thereby, it is possible to provide a heat insulating hose which can be easily bent at an acute angle for a piping arrangement in a discharging direction such as toward a hole in a wall or the like from a position where it comes out of an air conditioning appliance or the like, and which is not unpleasant in an outer appearance.

    摘要: A flexible hose having air-permeability is formed by either: sandwiching an air-permeable tape between tape end edge portions, as leading and trailing in a hose longitudinal direction, of a soft resin tape that is helically wound integrally with the air-permeable tape; or by helically winding only an air-permeable tape. The flexible hose can be properly used as a cleaner hose of a discharge circulation type by using it as an outer tube of a double tube structure. By providing lubricating properties to an inner circumference of the outer tube or an outer circumference of the inner tube, it is possible to prevent wear which might otherwise be caused by rubbing contact between the inner tube and outer tube.

    摘要: A synthetic resin hose includes a corrugated tube wall and an electrically conductive wire disposed substantially straight along the axial direction of the tube wall and configured so that the whole length of the electrically conductive wire on the inner circumferential surface side thereof is covered with the tube wall and the outer circumferential side thereof is enclosedly covered with only top portions of the tube wall. A producing method of the hose comprises the steps of: using a mold assembly constituted by a pair of semicylindrical molds each having a large number of intrusion grooves formed along the axial direction in the cylindrical surface of each of the semicylindrical molds substantially at regular intervals and supplying electrically conductive wire into the hose molding mold assembly substantially linearly along the axial direction of the mold assembly; extruding a molten resin tubularly to supply the molten resin into the mold assembly after the supply of the electrically conductive wire; supplying high-pressure air into the inside of the thus extruded molten resin tube to thereby expand the molten resin tube along the corrugated surface of the mold assembly to bring the molten resin tube into contact with the corrugated surface of the mold assembly and, at the same time, making a part of the tube go around to the outer circumferential surface side of the electrically conductive wire along the intrusion grooves of the mold assembly to thereby enclose the outer circumferential side of the electrically conductive wire; cooling the molded resin tube to retain the shape of the tube; and opening the mold assembly so that a hose body integrated with the electrically conductive wire is taken out from the mold assembly.

    摘要: The underdrainage pipe includes an inner layer 1 formed by helically winding strands 2, 3, and an outer layer 4 also formed by helically winding a strand 5. In the strand 5 in one of the inner and outer layers 1, 4, for example, the outer layer 4, turning sections 9, 9 adjacent to each other in the axial direction of the pipe are fused together in the circumferential direction or in a plurality of positions in the circumferential direction. In these fused portions, the turning sections are further fused to the strand 2 in the other layer, i.e. the inner layer, and at least three strands 2, 5, 5 are thereby fused in one body. The pressure resisting strength of the pipe is thus improved.

    摘要: A porous pipe having an excellent absorbing and draining function, a producing apparatus capable of producing a porous pipe at high speed and low cost, and a method of producing a porous pipe are provided. The porous pipe is a pipe formed by spirally winding a tape. The pipe is formed by a hole forming portion 13 for forming a recess or a notch or a hole in the tape 2 molded by a tape molding portion 11, and the hole forming portion 13 is located between the tape molding portion 11 and a pipe forming portion 12 so that the tape 2 is molded, holes 6 are formed, and a pipe 1 is formed continuously. The holes 6 are formed into a predetermined shape by elongating the hole 6 from a side of the pipe forming portion 12. In the pipe 1 formed thereby, a peripheral wall portion of the hole 6 is gradually thin-walled toward an outer peripheral face of the hole.
