    摘要: A solvent-free, cold-setting ternary organosiloxane composition is disclosed, which contains (A) liquid organopolysiloxane, (B) a cross-linking agent, and (C) a curing catalyst, said organopolysiloxane (A) being constituted by organosilicon group of X--Si (wherein X represents a hydrogen atom or a monovalent hydrocarbyl group) and functional side chain of OR (wherein R represents a hydrogen atom, a C.sub.1 -C.sub.5 alkyl group or an acyl group), said cross-linking agent (B) being one or more organometallic compounds selected from the group consisting of an organoaluminum compound, an organoboron compound, an organosilicon compound, an organotitanium compound and an organozirconium compound having at least one functional group selected from among an alkoxy group, an acyloxy group and an oxime group, and said curing catalyst (C) being a metal-containing organic compound, with the total contents of the metal elements of the ternary composition being 40% by weight or more in terms of MO.sub.y/2 (wherein M represents aluminum, boron, silicon, titanium or zirconium, and y represents a valency of the metal element). A transparent film, a coating material, a binder and a structure formed by using same are also disclosed.

    摘要: Provided is a solvent-free two-liquid type normal temperature curable liquid polymeric composition which comprises (I) as a first liquid, a liquid composition comprising (A) an organosiloxane component comprised of (a) one or more liquid organopolysiloxanes of the general formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 stands for a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group with 1-5 carbon atoms or an acyl group; R.sup.2 to R.sup.6 are the same or different and each stands for a hydrogen atom, --OR.sup.1 or a univalent hydrocarbon group; and n for an integer of 1-15, (b) a crosslinking agent comprising one or more organometallic compounds of the general formula:R.sup.7.sub.p M.(OR.sup.1).sub.3-porR.sup.7.sub.m Q.(OR.sup.1).sub.4-mwherein M stands for aluminum or boron element; Q for silicon, titanium or zirconium element; R.sup.1 for a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group with 1-5 carbon atoms, an acyl group or an oxime group; R.sup.7 for a hydrogen atom, --OR.sup.1 or a univalent hydrocarbon group; p for an integer of 1 or 2; and m for an integer of 1-3, and (c) a curing catalyst which is one or more organometallic compounds of zinc, cobalt, aluminum or tin element and has been incorporated with a catalytic reaction blocking agent, and (B) an organosiloxane carrying a glycidyl group, and (II) as a second liquid, (C) a solvent-free acrylic copolymer carrying a tertiary amino group which has been adjusted in viscosity with a silicone. This composition is excellent in various physicochemical characteristics and is very suitable for use in paints and binders.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a nozzle suitable for jetting high pressure and high temperature steam, and a method and an apparatus for producing an entangled nonwoven fabric using the nozzle. According to the apparatus, a steam inlet side main conduit (c1) and a steam outlet side conduit (c3) are connected with both end parts of a tubular nozzle holder (11) in a longitudinal direction provided integrally with nozzle members (15, 16, 23) having a plurality of nozzle holes (16a, 26). A steam outlet side conduit (c2) is provided with an opening/closing valve (55) and a trap conduit (57) is branched from a conduit at an upstream side from the opening/closing valve (55). By opening the opening/closing valve (55), a rapid temperature rise of the nozzle holder (11) can be enabled at a time of starting a production of a nonwoven fabric. Furthermore, even in the opening/closing valve (55) is closed in a regular operation, drainage generated inside the nozzle holder (11) can always be discharged to outside so that steam can be jetted stably and continuously, and thus a high quality entangled fiber nonwoven fabric can be produced continuously from the fiber web by the steam.

The method includes the steps of: applying a torque in a circumferential direction to the securing metal fitting, after forming the overcoating rubber but before fixing the securing metal fitting to the core member; deforming an index provided on a surface of the overcoating; and detecting whether the overcoating rubber is existent or not in the space between the securing metal member and the core member in response to a deforming extent indicated by the index.

    摘要: A process for producing a crystallized glass substrate for magnetic disks, including the steps of: (a) holding an amorphous glass plate having a uniform thickness and two principal flat surfaces thereof between a pair of pressing setters in a sandwiched fashion, which pressing setters are non-reactive with the amorphous glass and undeformable during heating for crystallization of the amorphous glass; (b) softening the amorphous glass plate in a sandwiched stack form by heating at a temperature above an annealing point of the amorphous glass, whereby the principal surfaces are fitted onto the flat surfaces of the pressing setters to rectify warping to flatten the amorphous glass plate; and (c) then, increasing the temperature to a crystal growth temperature to grow crystals within the amorphous glass, whereby the amorphous glass plate is crystallized as maintaining its warp-free state, followed by solidifying.

The data extending circuit extends each data read out from the input/output circuit until a subsequent data is read out. The output buffer circuit responds to the extended data from the data extending circuit for providing output data sequentially to the output terminal. In response to an output control signal provided from the control circuit, the output terminal is set to a high impedance state before each output data is provided from the output buffer circuit.
