A master unit includes a welding DB in which prescribed motion data associated with an object to be welded is stored, a state sensor which measures, as welding state data, a situation of welding by a robot which executes welding in a real environment according to the prescribed motion data, a simulated environment which imitates the real environment and notifies a worker of the welding state data, and a motion control unit which receives, as an input, worker motion data indicating a motion of welding by the worker from the simulated environment, operates the robot in the real environment by using the worker motion data instead of the prescribed motion data, and records, as new prescribed motion data, the input worker motion data in the welding DB.

A database includes a classification master table which registers a classification name obtained by classifying processing performed in each process of a production line and a classification ID in association with each other, a process table which registers a process name of the process and a process ID in association with each other, a process order table which registers the process ID and a next process ID in association with each other, a process classification table which registers the process ID and the classification ID in association with each other, a knowledge table which registers a problem content occurring in each process, a factor thereof, and a knowledge ID in association with each other, and a knowledge classification table which registers the knowledge ID and the classification ID in association with each other.

In order to realize stable quality control, provided is a quality control device (1) having an input device which receives data such as an operation condition of each device (21) to (26) in a production system (20) for producing a product; a calculation unit which assigns a value of the operation condition to a correlation formula calculated in advance and calculates a value derived from the correlation formula; and a determination unit which performs good or bad determination on a quality of a workpiece in each process, on the basis of a result calculated by the calculation unit. Further, when “bad” is determined as a result of the good or bad determination, the quality control device (1) calculates an appropriate value of the operation condition and sets the value to each device (21) to (26).

An additive manufacturing condition search device includes a defect database that accumulates a material, shape information, an additive manufacturing condition, monitoring information during modeling, and defect information in association with each other, a first machine learning unit that outputs an additive manufacturing condition corresponding to material information and device information, and outputs a new additive manufacturing condition from a combination of a plurality of the additive manufacturing conditions and the defect information, a specification unit that causes an additive manufacturing apparatus to perform modeling by the additive manufacturing condition, acquires the monitoring information during modeling, and acquires the shape information and the defect information by inspection of a modeled object, a second machine learning unit in which a model trained by using the defect database as train data estimates defect information of the modeled object from the monitoring information and stores the defect information in the defect database, and a determination unit that determines whether or not the defect information of the modeled object has achieved an evaluation target value.

A welding system includes: a setting apparatus configured to move a material to be welded to a desired welding position according to a disturbance condition of the material to be welded 1; a welding robot configured to weld, according to a working condition, the material to be welded moved by the setting apparatus; an inspection apparatus configured to inspect a welding quality of the material to be welded that is welded at a current time; a storage apparatus configured to store the working condition for the current time, the disturbance condition for the current time, and the welding quality of the current time in association with one another; and a determination unit configured to change, when the welding quality of the current time stored in the storage apparatus satisfies a predetermined required quality, the corresponding disturbance condition for the current time and set the changed disturbance condition as a disturbance condition for a next time.

An embodiment of the process state analysis device of the present invention is provided with an evaluation value calculation unit and a graph creation unit. The evaluation value calculation unit calculates, within an evaluation value calculation range indicating a target range for calculating evaluation values, an evaluation value for each cluster that is classified on the basis of multi-dimensional process data output from each measurement device. The graph creation unit determines a hue for a graph element for each cluster on the basis of the evaluation value for the cluster as calculated within the evaluation value calculation range, and on the basis of a color reference evaluation value corresponding to a reference hue for the graph element, and creates and outputs a graph representing, for each aggregation unit time interval in a specified display period, the number of nodes belonging to each cluster.

A manufacturing method of a rotor coil includes the step of performing friction stir welding wherein the friction stir welding is performed for the butt joint with the end of the strand coil arranged in an advancing side defined by a rotation direction of a tool and with the solid coil arranged in a retreating side.
