摘要: A current sensing circuit includes: a current sensing transformer including a primary coil connected to an input terminal of a converter and a secondary coil; a first current path connected to the secondary coil, including a first resistor, and configured to allow a forward current induced in the secondary coil to flow therethrough; and a second current path connected to the secondary coil, including a second resistor, and configured to allow a reverse current induced in the secondary coil to flow therethrough, wherein the first current path further includes at least one voltage drop element disposed between the secondary coil and the first resistor.

摘要: A gate driving apparatus for a power semiconductor device may include: a first off-resistor and a second off-resistor each having a first end connected to a gate of the power semiconductor device; a first off-switch configured to determine a connection state between a second end of the first off-resistor and a ground based on a gate driving signal for determining an on/off state of the power semiconductor device; a second off-switch configured to determine a connection state between a second end of the second off-resistor and the ground; an electric current detector configured to detect an electric current flowing from a collector (drain) of the power semiconductor device to an emitter (source) of the power semiconductor device; and a controller configured to determine an open/closed state of the second off-switch based on the gate driving signal and a magnitude of the electric current detected by the electric current detector.

摘要: A current sensing apparatus includes: a temperature sensor configured to sense a temperature of a power converter; a current sensing unit configured to sense an input current of the power converter; and a central processing unit (CPU) configured to control an operation of the power converter in response to the sensed temperature of the power converter and the sensed input current of the power converter. The CPU includes a compensation unit configured to store, upon receiving an indication of the sensed temperature of the power converter from the temperature sensor, an operation voltage of at least one diode included in the current sensing unit in a map, and to compensate for an error of a sensing current based on the stored operation voltage when the current sensing unit senses the input current.
