Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to a computer-implemented method that includes using a reinforcement learning (RL) system to generate a first set of displayed region candidates based on inputs received from online users while watching video. A recommendation system is used to rank the first set of displayed region candidates based on inputs received from a local user watching video. The recommendation system is further used to select a first highest ranked one of the first set of displayed region candidates. Based on the first highest ranked one of the first set of displayed region candidates, a first section of a first raw video frame is fetched that matches the first highest ranked one of the first set of displayed candidate regions, wherein the first section of the first raw video frame includes a first predicted display region of the video frame.

In one or more embodiments, the transformation component further can employ machine learning to match one or more data elements of the original operational data to one or more aspects of the second architecture.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a method, computer system, and computer program product for generating anchors and selecting feature maps for a multi-scale object detection program based on analysis of the dataset is provided. The present invention may include generating a scale distribution of one or more scales of ground-truth objects, and, based on the scale distribution, dividing the effective scale range into a number of anchors greater than zero; furthermore, the invention may include generating a ratio distribution of ratios of the ground-truth objects; based on the ratio distribution, generating a ratio for at least one of the number of anchors; determining a template scale of one or more feature maps; and assigning the number of anchors to the feature maps based on the relative size of a scale of an anchor matching the relative size of a template scale of a feature map.

The method further includes one or more processors determining a first appearance frequency of a first candidate in the first set of candidates. In response to determining that the first appearance frequency exceeds a first frequency, threshold he method further includes one or more processors determining that the first candidate is a first recognition result for the textual object in the first image.
