    Abstract: One or more systems, computer-implemented methods and/or computer program products to facilitate a process to transform original operational data into updated operational data. A system can comprise a memory that stores computer executable components and a processor that executes the computer executable components stored in the memory. The computer executable components can comprise a transformation component that can transform original operational data of a first architecture into updated operational data employable at a second architectures, wherein the second architectures is an updated architectures relative to the first architecture. In one or more embodiments, the transformation component further can employ machine learning to match one or more data elements of the original operational data to one or more aspects of the second architecture.

    Abstract: According to one embodiment, a method, computer system, and computer program product for generating anchors and selecting feature maps for a multi-scale object detection program based on analysis of the dataset is provided. The present invention may include generating a scale distribution of one or more scales of ground-truth objects, and, based on the scale distribution, dividing the effective scale range into a number of anchors greater than zero; furthermore, the invention may include generating a ratio distribution of ratios of the ground-truth objects; based on the ratio distribution, generating a ratio for at least one of the number of anchors; determining a template scale of one or more feature maps; and assigning the number of anchors to the feature maps based on the relative size of a scale of an anchor matching the relative size of a template scale of a feature map.

    Abstract: Aspects of the present invention disclose a method, computer program product, and system for image processing. The method includes one or more processors generating a first set of binary images from a first image based on a first color attribute value range associated with a textual object presented in the first image.     Abstract: A computer-implemented method and a server for device positioning. The computer-implemented method includes receiving a control message from a positioning server. The control message indicates a set of channels associated with an area and time periods for monitoring the set of channels. At least one measurement of a signal from at least one of a reference device for the area and a target device is obtained, according to the control message, with the reference device being located at a predefined position with respect to the area. The at least one measurement is reported to the positioning server for determining a position of the target device with respect to the area.
