摘要： The present disclosure relates to a method for producing dental pulp-derived cells enriched with pluripotent stem cells including: (a) digesting dental pulp with a protease to prepare a dental pulp suspension; (b) culturing the suspension to proliferate pluripotent stem cells contained in the suspension; (c) freezing the proliferated pluripotent stem cells in a state in which the pluripotent stem cells are suspended in a first cryopreservation liquid; (d) thawing the frozen pluripotent stem cells; (e) culturing the thawed pluripotent stem cells in a state in which the pluripotent stem cells are adhered to surfaces of particles to proliferate the pluripotent stem cells on the surfaces of the particles; and (f) bringing the particles into contact with a protease to separate the pluripotent stem cells adhered to the surfaces of the particles from the particles.

摘要： Disclosed is a method for producing pluripotent stem cell-enriched human dental pulp-derived cells. The method is characterized in that it includes (a) culturing a dental pulp suspension in a feeder cells-culture vessel containing feeder cells whose proliferative ability is suppressed, on a membrane having micropores that can block passage of the feeder cells and supported in the feeder cells-culture vessel in a manner to prevent the lower side face thereof from contacting with the feeder cells, thereby preventing direct contact with the feeder cells, and, (b) a step for recovering the cells proliferating on the membrane.
