摘要: A method for producing a cold-water-soluble starch. The method includes: 1) adding a starch and 3-45 wt. % of an ethanol aqueous solution to a container, and stirring a mixture of the starch and the ethanol aqueous solution in the container, thus yielding a starch-ethanol-water; 2) introducing the starch-ethanol-water to an extruder and producing a noodle extrudate, where the extruder comprises 3 continuous temperature control areas: a first area having a temperature of 50° C., a second area having a temperature of between 95 and 120° C., and a third area having a temperature of 60° C.; a rotation speed of the extruder is 70-150 rpm; and the noodle extrudate has a diameter of 0.2-0.5 cm; 3) pressing and roll slitting the noodle extrudate, thus yielding a plurality of slices; and 4) drying the plurality of slices in a microwave vacuum oven, cooling, and pulverizing the plurality of slices.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a simple preparation method of green acid-modified cyclodextrin, belonging to the field of cyclodextrin modification. Cyclodextrin and succinic acid are mutually modified by an esterification reaction in the presence of catalyst, and acid-modified cyclodextrin with different modification degrees is obtained by controlling reaction time at a high temperature or under a microwave action. The prepared modified cyclodextrin does not involve the use of toxic and harmful reagents, the modification reaction is simple, green and controllable, and the loading capacity of the modified cyclodextrin to guest molecules is remarkably improved compared with the loading capacity of the original cyclodextrin, so that the modified cyclodextrin has great application potential in the health fields such as food, medicines, and cosmetics.

摘要: An inductive magnetoelectric biochemical reaction system includes a reaction unit which includes a reaction chamber, which includes a reactant container and is disposed in a rotatable perpendicular magnetic field; a primary coil, which is wound around one side of a closed-loop iron core and is connected to a control unit; a secondary coil, which is wound around the other side of the closed-loop iron core and includes an insulating tube which allows a reaction solution acting as a conductor, two ends of the insulating tube being communicated with the reactant container; a rotating magnetic field unit, which is configured to generate the rotatable perpendicular magnetic field; and a control unit, which is at least configured to adjust an excitation voltage and a signal type applied on the primary coil.

摘要: The present invention discloses a multi-series continuous-flow magnetoelectric coupling processing system and applications thereof. The processing system comprises multi-series of induction units, a power supply and a feed liquid container, wherein each series of the induction unit comprises a closed iron core, a primary coil wound around one side of the closed iron core, and a secondary coil wound around the other side of the closed iron core and arranged in an induction cavity, the secondary coil comprises an insulation pipe for circulation of feed liquid, and the two ends of the insulation pipe are exposed from the induction cavity and are respectively acted as a feeding hole and a discharge hole; the power supply is in parallel connection with each primary coil in the induction unit and provides excitation voltage to each primary coil; and the feed liquid container is in series connection with the insulation pipes of the multi-series induction units to form a feed liquid circulation loop. According to the multi-series continuous-flow magnetoelectric coupling processing system and the applications thereof, operation parameters are abundant; no electrode directly contacts with the feed liquid, thereby avoiding ionic polarization, electrochemical reactions, and heavy metal contamination; besides, the multi-series continuous-flow magnetoelectric coupling processing system has advantage of high mass transfer efficiency.
