    摘要: A fabrication process for a trench type power semiconductor device includes forming inside spacers over a semiconductor surface. Using the spacers as masks, trenches with gates are formed in the semiconductor body. After removing the spacers, source implants are formed in the semiconductor body along the trench edges and are then driven. Insulation caps are then formed over the trenches. Outside spacers are next formed along the sides of the caps. Using these spacers as masks, the semiconductor surface is etched and high conductivity contact regions formed. The outside spacers are then removed and source and drain contacts formed. Alternatively, the source implants are not driven. Rather, prior to outside spacer formation a second source implant is performed. The outside spacers are then formed, portions of the second source implant etched, any remaining source implant driven, and the contact regions formed. The gate electrodes are either recessed below or extend above the semiconductor surface.

    摘要: A dual bucket assembly (10) comprises a dual bucket (20) including first and second containers (30,50) adapted for holding liquid, a connecting member (70) and a bail (80). Each container includes a peripheral wall (31,51) having an upper end (32,52) having a top edge (33,53), a proximal portion (34,54) adjacent the other container and a non-proximal portion (37,57). Connecting member (70) rigidly connects in a spaced apart relationship upper ends (32,52) of peripheral walls (31,51). Peripheral walls (31,51) are downwardly inwardly sloping such that a plurality of dual buckets (20) are nestable. The top edge (33,53) of each non-proximal portion (37,57) is smoothly arcuate. Peripheral walls (31,51) and connecting member (70) are adapted for simultaneously pouring liquid contents from both containers (30,50) into separate storage vessels. A leveling device (90), such as a bail detent mechanism (91), selectively secures proximal end (81) of bail (80) such that the position of bail distal end (82) is selectively maintained substantially above the center of gravity (12) of dual bucket assembly (10) when assembly (10) is freely hung from bail distal end (82).

    摘要: There is disclosed an improved foldable marine fender and cushion combination device which is formed by a base formed by an enlarged rectangular pliable sheet having opposed side edges, a top edge and a bottom edge, a plurality of paired cushioning pads mounted on the base in a patterned spaced apart orientation which consists of at least a first pair of cushioning pads mounted along the opposed side edges of the base, a second pair of cushioning pads mounted on the base inwardly from the first pair of cushioning pads a distance equal to the overall width of one of the cushioning pads, a third pair of cushioning pads mounted on the base spaced inwardly from the second pair of cushioning pads and spaced a distance equivalent to the overall width of two of the cushioning pads. The cushioning pads and base are designed to fold in an internesting relationship one to the other such that the base and cushioning pads are foldable into a compact seat cushion configuration for use as either a seat cushion or for storage purposes. The cushion and seat combination of the present invention may also be utilized as a buoyancy support system when placed in the water.
