摘要： A single-phase outer-rotor motor includes a stator and a rotor surrounding the stator. The stator includes a stator core and windings wound around the stator core. The stator core includes a yoke and a plurality of teeth. Each tooth forms a tooth tip at a distal end thereof. A slot opening is formed between each two adjacent tooth tips. The rotor includes a housing and a plurality of permanent magnets affixed to the housing. The permanent magnet is an asymmetrical structure. A radial distance between an inner surface of the permanent magnet and an outer surface of the tooth tip varies along the circumferential direction. The stator and the rotor define an asymmetrical uneven gap there between, and a width of the slot opening in the circumferential direction is less than or equal to five times of a minimum width of the gap.

The rotary shaft drives through the gearbox a rolling shutter to extend or retract. The locking assembly includes a brake pad slidingly fitted on the rotary shaft and a rotary member fixedly mounted to the rotary shaft. The brake pad is circumferentially fixed relative to the stator. The brake pad is slidable relative to the rotary shaft so as to be selectively engaged with the rotary member to lock the rotary shaft and hence hold the load in position, or disengaged from the rotary member to unlock the rotary shaft.

The stator core includes a yoke and multiple teeth each including a tooth body and a tooth tip. The rotor includes a rotor yoke and a permanent magnet forming a plurality of magnetic poles facing the tooth tips of the stator core. The magnetic poles and the tooth tips define a gap there between. When the motor is de-energized, the rotor is capable of being positioned at an initial position by a leakage magnetic field generated by the permanent magnet acting with the tooth tips of the stator core.

A time-delayed synchronization mechanism is connected between the rotary shaft and the rotor main body and configured to eliminate, with time delay, the rotation speed difference between the rotor main body and the rotary shaft.

Windings are wound around the tooth bodys. The tooth tip forms an outer circumferential surface facing the rotor. The outer circumferential surfaces of all the tooth tips are connected to each other to collectively form a substantial cylindrical surface. The outer circumferential surface of the tooth tip is formed with a positioning groove deviating from a center of the outer circumferential surface of the tooth tip, which prevents the rotor from stopping at the dead-point position and hence ensures that the rotor can be successfully started when the motor is energized.

摘要： A single-phase outer-rotor motor and a stator thereof are provided. The stator includes a stator core having a yoke and a number of teeth. Each tooth includes a tooth body and a toot tip. A winding slot is formed between each two adjacent tooth bodies. A slot opening is formed between each two adjacent tooth tips. The tooth tip protrudes beyond the tooth body. Inner surfaces of at least part of the tooth tips facing the stator are formed with cutting grooves such that a portion of the tooth tip outside the cutting groove is capable of being tilted outwardly to enlarge the slot opening and deformed inwardly to narrow the slot opening.
