Disclosed is a mobile communication terminal including a separate antenna for receiving multimedia public broadcasting signals. The mobile communication terminal has a sender/receiver antenna, a diversity antenna for performing a diversity function, a diplexer connected to the sender/receiver antenna for outputting signals from the sender/receiver antenna, a satellite antenna detachably mounted on the mobile communication terminal for receiving multimedia public broadcasting signals or satellite broadcasting signals. A receiving/transmitting signal processing section is provided for processing signals transmitted from the sender/receiver antenna, the diversity antenna and the satellite antenna. A switch section is positioned between the diversity antenna and the receiving/transmitting signal processing section to connect the diversity antenna to the receiving/transmitting signal processing section when the satellite antenna is not installed on the mobile communication terminal and to connect the satellite antenna to the receiving/transmitting signal processing section when the satellite antenna is installed on the mobile communication terminal.

Provided is a fuel cell system using waste hydrogen generated from a sea water electrolyzing apparatus, the fuel cell system including: a sea water electrolyzing apparatus carrying out electrolysis of sea water used as cooling water in a nuclear power generation system to produce a chlorine-containing material; a hydrogen conveying line linked to one side of the sea water electrolyzing apparatus to convey waste hydrogen generated during the electrolysis; and a fuel cell linked to the hydrogen conveying line to generate electricity by using the waste hydrogen supplied from the hydrogen conveying line as fuel. The fuel cell system generates electricity by using waste hydrogen, which, otherwise, is totally discarded after being generated secondarily from the sea water electrolyzing apparatus, as fuel for the fuel cell.

Methods are provided for depositing an oxygen-doped dielectric layer. The oxygen-doped dielectric layer may be used for a barrier layer or a hardmask. In one aspect, a method is provided for processing a substrate including positioning the substrate in a processing chamber, introducing a processing gas comprising an oxygen-containing organosilicon compound, carbon dioxide, or combinations thereof, and an oxygen-free organosilicon compound to the processing chamber, and reacting the processing gas to deposit an oxygen-doped dielectric material on the substrate, wherein the dielectric material has an oxygen content of about 15 atomic percent or less. The oxygen-doped dielectric material may be used as a barrier layer in damascene or dual damascene applications.

A diversity antenna apparatus for a portable wireless terminal is provided with a main body having a main board installed therein and a folder electrically connected to the main board by a flexible printed data cable so as to be rotatably opened from and closed into the main body. The antenna apparatus includes a first antenna protruding from first side of an upper end of the main body so as to perform a transmitting and receiving function and a second antenna installed on a second side of an upper end of the main board and separated from the first antenna so as to perform a diversity receiving function. The diversity antenna is separated from the antenna apparatus by a sufficient distance, thereby improving a diversity effect. Further, the diversity antenna is installed within a space in the main body of the terminal, thereby not requiring a structural change and being easily installed in the portable wireless terminal.
