摘要: A magnetic tape drive in an auto-reverse tape recorder has a pair of reel-base gears, a pair of capstans, a pair of pinch rollers, a drive mechanism, a switching mechanism, and an oscillating mechanism. The drive mechanism selectively drives one of the pair of reel bases and selectively meshes with a cam gear, and the pair of reel bases has a gear that rotatively drives the reel base gear that is meshed with the cam gear. The switching mechanism switches a running direction of the magnetic tape from a first direction to a second direction, and the switching mechanism is reciprocated when the end of the magnetic tape is reached so that a first pinch roller that is abutting a first capstan moves away from the first capstan and a second pinch roller moves into contact with the second capstan. The switching mechanism has a switching lever that is reciprocated by the oscillating mechanism that includes a first oscillating mechanism that engages a cam portion of the cam gear and that is oscillated by a rotation of the cam gear and a second oscillating mechanism that is oscillated by the first oscillating mechanism so that the switching lever is reciprocated to change the running direction.

摘要: A recording and/or reproducing apparatus using a magnetic tape as a recording medium such that, when holding by a holding mechanism is released at the position where a cover member is closed and a magnetic head is moved between a contact position, where contact with a magnetic tape which travels by a traveling mechanism provided in the apparatus body is obtained, to a position distant from the magnetic tape or when the magnetic tape is pinched by the traveling mechanism, the pinching of the magnetic tape by the traveling mechanism is released and the magnetic head is moved to a distant position. In this manner, even if the apparatus is stopped when the power source is shut off while the FWD reproducing mode or the REV reproducing mode is kept set, the magnetic tape can be safely and securely extracted from the attachment section.

摘要: A control device is provided. The control device for updating firmware includes a transfer unit, a judgment unit, a switching control unit and an update unit. The transfer unit transfers data to a first device or a second device by using a path that can switch a transferring destination of data to the first device or the second device. The judgment unit judges whether processing the data by firmware controlling the first device is completed, the data transferred to the first device by the transfer unit. The switching control unit switches the transferring destination of data to the second device in the transfer unit when the judgment unit judges that processing of the data is completed. The update unit updates the firmware controlling the first device after the switching control unit switches the transferring destination of data to the second device in the transfer unit.

摘要: A power converter apparatus includes a substrate 22 on which switching elements Q, Q1 to Q6 are mounted, positive and negative terminal interconnection members 27, 28 mounted on the substrate, and a capacitor 17 having a positive terminal 17a connected to the main body of the positive terminal interconnection member 27 and a negative terminal 17b connected to the main body of the negative terminal interconnection member 28. The interconnection members each have a plate-like main body 27a, 28a that is located above and parallel to the substrate 22. The main bodies of the interconnection members are stacked to be close to each other while being electrically insulated from each other. Each of the positive terminal interconnection member and the negative terminal interconnection member further includes a plate-like extension 27b, 28b that extends from the corresponding main body toward the substrate, and a terminal portion 27c, 28c that extends from the extension and is joined to the substrate. The extensions extend to positions closest to the substrate, while being parallel to and close to each other.

One of the main portions is placed over the other of the main portions. The main portions are disposed adjacent to and parallel to each other. The main portions are insulated from each other. The power converter includes a capacitor having positive and negative terminals electrically connected to the respective main portions of the positive and negative conductors. Each of the positive and negative conductors includes a side portion extending from the main portion toward the base plate, and a terminal portion extending from the side portion and joined to the base plate. The side portion is formed with a cutout extending from the end adjacent to the base plate to the opposite end connected to the main portion.
