Abstract: A resin composition includes an acrylic resin and a graft copolymer having a gel content of 65% to 84%, wherein the graft copolymer is a multistage-polymerized graft copolymer obtained by a multistage polymerization including the polymerization stages (I) to (III). In the polymerization stage (I), a first monomer mixture and a polyfunctional monomer are polymerized in a presence of a primary alkyl mercaptan-based chain transfer agent and/or a secondary alkyl mercaptan-based chain transfer agent to obtain a first hard polymer. In the polymerization stage (II), a second monomer mixture and a polyfunctional monomer are poloymerized to obtain a soft polymer. In the polymerization stage (III), a third monomer mixture and a polyfunctional monomer are polymerized to obtain a second hard polymer.

Abstract: A stress reducing agent that is excellent in dispersibility in a matrix resin and enables provision of a cured product having a favorable linear expansion coefficient is provided. The stress reducing agent contains fine polymer particles (A). The particles (A) contain a rubber-containing graft copolymer including an elastic body and a graft part grafted to the elastic body. The elastic body contains an organosiloxane-based rubber. The elastic body is contained in an amount of above 70 wt % and 97 wt % or less, relative to 100 wt % of the particles (A). The graft part contains an epoxy group-containing structural unit. The epoxy group-containing structural unit in the graft part is contained in an amount of 0.5-4.0 wt % with respect to 100 wt % of the rubber-containing graft copolymer. The stress reducing agent is a powdery and/or granular material.
