摘要: Provided is a method for the selective differentiation into M1 macrophages under a pressurized environment, and more particularly, a method for the selective differentiation of undifferentiated macrophages into M1 macrophages, the method including incubating the undifferentiated macrophages in an incubator under the pressurized environment. In addition, provided is a method for producing osteoclasts, the method including: incubating undifferentiated macrophages in an incubator under a pressurized environment to differentiate into M1 macrophages; and differentiating the differentiated M1 macrophages into osteoclasts.

摘要: Provided are a hydrogel composition with high viscoelasticity and a bioink composition including the hydrogel composition. The hydrogel composition according to an embodiment is composed of natural biocompatible substances and thus is not toxic, but has high viscosity, resulting in high mechanical stability or long persistence. Thus, the hydrogel composition may be usefully utilized as a bioink composition for bioprinting, a support in tissue engineering, or a soft tissue filler.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a microgel composition comprising collagen and hyaluronic acid and a method of preparing the same. The microgel according to an embodiment is composed of natural biocompatible substances and is non-toxic and has high mechanical stability or long persistence, and thus can be effectively used in a microgel composition, a three-dimensional scaffold composition, and a tissue-engineering scaffold.
