Abstract: The present invention provides a polyamide composition for a reflector having high heat resistance and good mechanical properties, having excellent adhesion to a sealing material for an LED package, and capable of retaining a high reflectance even after exposure to heat and light intended for the production process of the LED package and the environment in which the reflector is used in the LED package, when it is molded. The present invention is a polyamide composition for a reflector, containing: 30 mass % or more of a polyamide (A) having a melting point of 280° C. or higher; and 25 mass % or more of titanium oxide (B). The total content of the polyamide (A) and the titanium oxide (B) is 75 mass % or more.

Abstract: A polyamide resin composition includes: 100 parts by mass of (A) a polyamide having a melting point of 280 to 330° C.; 0.5 to 80 parts by mass of (B) aluminum diethylphosphinate; 0.2 to 2 parts by mass of (C) at least one phosphorous acid ester represented by formula (6) or (7); and (E) at least one reinforcing material. A mass ratio of the at least one phosphinic acid salt (B) to the at least one phosphorous acid ester (C) ((B)/(C)) is in a range of from 10 to 100. An average particle diameter of the phosphinic acid salt (B) is 0.1 to 100 μm. The polyamide resin composition does not comprise a metallic soap-based lubricant.

Abstract: Provided are a polyamide composition containing a polyamide (A) having a melting point of 280° C. or higher and a flame retardant (B), which is such that, when a melt of the polyamide composition is injection-molded with a mold having a thickness of 0.5 mm and a width of 40 mm under the condition of a cylinder temperature higher by 20° C. than the melting point of the polyamide (A), an injection pressure of 74 MPa and a mold temperature of 140° C., the flow length is 40 mm or more, and that the melt flow rate at a temperature of 320° C. and under a load of 2.16 kg is 15 g/10 min or less; and a molded article of the polyamide composition.

Abstract: There is provided a polyamide composition for an LED reflection plate, including a polyamide (A), a titanium oxide (B), a magnesium oxide (C), a phenolic antioxidant (D), and a phosphorus-containing antioxidant (E), wherein the polyamide (A) is a polyamide having a dicarboxylic acid unit comprising 50% by mol or more of terephthalic acid unit and a diamine unit and having a melting point of 280° C. or higher; the phenolic antioxidant (D) does not have 4 or more phenol structures in its molecule; wherein the content of the titanium oxide (B) is 10 to 100 parts by mass, the content of the magnesium oxide (C) is 0.50 to 15.0 parts by mass, and the content of the phenolic antioxidant (D) is 0.10 to 0.80 part by mass, with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polyamide (A); and the content of the phosphorus-containing antioxidant (E) satisfies the following expression (I): 0.25≤mass ratio [(D)component/(E)component]≤3.0 (I). There are also provided a reflection plate obtained by molding the composition, and a light-emitting device having the reflection plate.
