    摘要： An .alpha.-methylstyrene/acrylonitrile copolymer obtainable by emulsion polymerization which, in combination with other polymers, particularly PVC, enables alloys of outstanding thermal stability and color stability to be produced and, in addition, has a high heat distortion temperature and shows good fogging behavior and which is obtained by radically initiated inflow copolymerization of a mixture of 30 to 32 parts by weight acrylonitrile and 68 to 70 parts by weight .alpha.-methylstyrene in the presence of an emulsifier containing carboxyl groups. The polymerization is conducted in such a way that a seed latex of the same copolymer or of an analogous copolymer is introduced before addition of the monomers is commenced, the reaction temperature is kept between 75.degree. and 82.degree. C. and the molar ratio of emulsifier to initiator is between 4 and 6.

    摘要： The present invention is directed to a thermoplastic composition which is a blend of A) a thermoplastic polyurethane and B) an at least partly crosslinked alkyl acrylate copolymer of a C.sub.1-6 alkyl acrylate and a monomer selected from the group consisting of acrylonitrile, styrene, vinyl acetate, C.sub.1-6 alkyl methacrylates and mixtures thereof. The preferred compositions also contain copolymer selected from the group consisting ofC1) a thermoplastic graft product of a rubber component having a glass transition temperature below 0.degree. C., which serves as the graft base, and at least one graft monomer selected from the group consisting of styrene, .alpha.-methyl styrene, acrylonitrile an C.sub.1-6 alkyl methacrylate,C2) a rubber-free resin copolymer of styrene or .alpha.-methyl styrene with acrylonitrile,C3) mixtures thereof.

    摘要： Process for the preparation of mixtures of thermoplastic polymers in powder form from aqueous emulsions ofa) particulate, partly crosslinked rubber-like copolymers of a C.sub.2 -C.sub.8 -alkyl acrylate and/or butadiene with (based on the copolymer) up to 40 wt. % acrylonitrile, styrene or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl methacrylate,b) a thermoplastic resin, and if appropriatec) a rubber-rich graft polymer of styrene, .alpha.-methylstyrene, acrylonitrile, methyl methacrylate and/or alkyl acrylate on a diene or alkyl acrylate rubber having a rubber content of 50 to 95 wt. %,wherein aqueous emulsions of a) and b) and if appropriate c) having polymer contents of 15 to 50 wt. % are mixed with a coagulate solution simultaneously, but in separate streams, continuously or semi-continuously at 20.degree. to 100.degree. C., the polymers a) and b) and if appropriate c) being coagulated, the streams are combined and the polymer mixture is then separated off.
