摘要: A method for producing a condensation polymerization reaction polymer, comprising a guide polymerization step in which a molten prepolymer is supplied to the top edge of a wire guide to obtain the condensation polymerization reaction polymer, the wire guide comprising a vertical wire group consisting of a plurality of vertical wires extending in the vertical direction, which are mutually spaced in alignment at an arrangement pitch L1 (mm). In the guide polymerization step, the molten prepolymer aggregates so that a molten prepolymer mass is formed on the vertical wire, and a molten prepolymer mass is formed wherein, the width of the molten prepolymer mass measured in an alignment direction of the vertical wires at a position 200 mm below the top edge being represented as L2 (mm), the width L2 of at least a portion of the molten prepolymer mass satisfies the inequality (1). 摘要: Disclosed is a method for the injection molding of a resin to produce a shaped resin article having a thick portion biasedly, wherein an excess filling of the cavity of a mold is effected to form a molten resin mass having opposite, first and second surfaces respectively facing opposite, first and second inner walls of the mold cavity, the mold having a specific structure in which a gas-release passage is formed in association with the mold cavity and with a mating surface of the mold, which gas-release passage has an inner opening in an inner wall surface of the mold cavity and communicates with the outside of the mold, and a pressurized gas is introduced into the mold cavity on a side of the first surface of the molten resin mass, thereby forming a closed space which is filled with the pressurized gas and separated from the gas-release passage through the molten resin mass, so that the pressurized gas filled in the closed space urges the second surface of the molten resin mass to be pressed against the second inner wall of the mold cavity.

摘要: An injection moulding process for moulding a material in a mould having a mould cavity and at least one channel communicating with the mould cavity, each channel entering the mould at a respective mould inlet includes the steps of heating inner surface areas of the mould to a temperature above the heat distortion temperature of the material; supplying the molten material into the mould by way of at least one channel and subjecting the molten material to a propelling force, sufficient to propel it through the channel into the mould; causing the molten material in the mould to solidify; applying periodic forces to the material in the mould at a plurality of spaced-apart regions, first and second of the regions being located either side of molten material in the mould cavity, the periodic force being applied with a difference in phase so as to cause shear of molten material within the mould cavity between the first and second regions; cooling the mould below the heat distortion temperature of the resin while or after applying the periodic force; and then opening the mould, and removing the moulded article.

摘要: A process for forming a molded article having a multilayer structure which comprises successively injecting melts of at least two materials into the cavity portion of a mold, solidifying a part thereof in the cavity portion to form the multilayer structure, characterized in that as a first step, one of the molten materials is injected into the cavity portion and the portion of the injected molten material contacting with the mold surface is solidified to a predetermined thickness to form a skin layer; as the second step, the next molten materials is fed into the cavity, the unsolidified portion of the molten material previously fed is pushed out of the cavity and a part of the thus fed molten material is cooled and solidified from the surface of the mold to form the next layer; and the procedure of the second step is successively repeated using the remainder of the molten materials alternately, and the molded article produced by the above molding process.
