摘要: The present invention provides a pressure casting method of a magnesium alloy. In the method, a molten magnesium alloy is cooled to form a partially molten state containing a solid-phase, and the partially molten state is further cooled to form a solid-phase granularly crystallized solid material. The solid material is partially-melted and pressure cast into a mold by a molding machine. A ratio of primary crystals in said solid material is set to 55 to 65%. The solid material is partially-melted in a solid-phase and liquid-phase coexisting state at a selected heating temperature so that a semi-solid having thixotropic properties and having the size of a main solid phase of 50 to 250 μm and a solid-phase ratio of 30 to 70% is formed. The semi-solid is pressure cast into a mold through a nozzle while maintaining the semi-solid state to form metal products having a ratio of primary crystals of 20 to 50%.

摘要: A low melting point metal material is made to a thixotropic state in which liquid phases and solid phases coexists. In the thixotropic state of the low melting point metal material, a carbon nano material is kneaded with the low melting point metal material and forms a composite material. Thus obtained composite material is supplied to a metal molding machine and injected into a mold in a thixotropic state or a completely molten state of the metal so that the composite material fills the mold, thereby the composite material is molded to a composite metal product. With the above process, it is possible to injection mold the composite metal product to which the characteristics of the carbon nano material are applied.

摘要: An injection molding process wherein the times of heating to melt a resin are reduced to minimize the thermal hysteresis and to decrease the deterioration of physical properties caused by the thermal hysteresis, so that high quality information recording disks may be produced. A molding process wherein the plasticating and the injection and filling of a material resin are carried out in separate cylinders, allows constant molding for a long period of time. A material resin such as polycarbonate is supplied without predrying to an injection apparatus for a first time molding. Resin is kneaded by the apparatus while volatile components are heated to be vaporized and exhausted through a vent port. An inert gas atmosphere is provided within the cylinder to prevent the material resin from being oxidized. Since predrying can be dispensed with, the thermal hysteresis will be extremely small and the deterioration of the resin caused by such heating may be suppressed. Also, there is less chance of generation of carbonized black spots caused by foreign matter, molding failures caused by hydrolysis may be eliminated, and residual monomers can be vaporized and exhausted concomitantly.

摘要: To insert a cylindrical metallic raw material into a melting cylinder provided in a heating holding cylinder of a metal molding apparatus and to efficiently semi-melt or completely melt the cylindrical metallic raw material, a clearance between an inner circumferential surface of the melting cylinder and an outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical metallic raw material is limited to a range in which the clearance does not exceed 1.0 mm with respect to the inner diameter of the melting cylinder and the diameter of the metallic raw material during thermal expansion and the insertion of the metallic raw material in a non-thermal expansion state into the thermally expanding melting cylinder is possible, from a linear expansion coefficient of a metallic raw material and a linear expansion coefficient of a material of the melting cylinder.

摘要: A penetration hole of plasticized resin is pierced in a screw head, so that the resin may be accumulated in uniform temperature distribution without sacrificing the function of the injection screw. More specifically, a penetration hole 15 of plasticized resin is pierced inside a screw head 13 at the front end of a screw 12 from the front middle to the rear periphery so as to communicate between the screw peripheral parts and the screw head front space. A ring valve 17 for opening and closing a rear opening 15a of the penetration hole 15, and closing the gap around the screw head is fitted to the rear periphery of the screw head 13 so as to be free to move back and forth.
