摘要： An inter-vehicle distance maintenance supporting system for a host vehicle can include an obstacle detector that detects the obstacle present ahead of the host vehicle, an inter-vehicle distance detector that detects the inter-vehicle distance between the host vehicle and the obstacle, a confidence factor computing device that computes the confidence factor for taking the obstacle as a preceding vehicle ahead of the host vehicle based on the state of the obstacle detected by the obstacle detector, a confidence factor correcting part that corrects the confidence factor based on the relative-position relationship between the host vehicle and the obstacle, and a reaction force controller that applies a reaction force on the accelerator pedal based on the inter-vehicle distance and the confidence factor.

摘要： A vehicle braking assist device for a host vehicle includes a risk potential computing part that computes a risk potential of the host vehicle with respect to an obstacle in the travelling direction of the host vehicle, an accelerator operation state sensor that detects the operation state of an accelerator, and a braking force application device that applies a first braking force on the host vehicle when the risk potential is higher than a predetermined first threshold and the detected operation state of the accelerator indicates that the accelerator is not being operated, and that applies a second braking force on the host vehicle irrespective of the operation state of the accelerator when the risk potential is higher than a predetermined second threshold, the risk potential represented by the second threshold being higher than the risk potential represented by the first threshold.

摘要： A wire harness assembly including a wire harness and a junction box. The junction box contains a plurality of junction box terminals and it also carries an attachment unit projecting outwardly. The attachment unit has a plurality of openings in its outer surface through which the junction box terminals project. One end of the terminals is in contact with the internal circuit of the junction box and the other is a pair of cutting blades into which the wire is inserted. An intermediate section of the wires is attached in accordance with the foregoing, and the ends are inserted into a plurality of connection boxes. The openings may be in multiple rows, offset transversely from each other. This permits inclusion of a large number of terminals in a relatively small space.

摘要： A bus bar of a branch joint box, which is formed by punching a metal sheet into a preset pattern of a circuit and is formed, at a predetermined location of the circuit, with a tab to be plated with metal having excellent electrical conductivity such that a connector of a wiring harness is connected to the tab through plug-in, including a separate bus bar portion which is formed by punching a separate metal sheet and includes the tab; wherein after the tab of the separate bus bar portion has been plated with the metal, the separate bus bar portion is inserted into a predetermined portion of the bus bar so as to be mounted on the bus bar.

摘要： An electric connection terminal can prevent electric ereosion caused in some equipment made of an aluminum material and attached to a car body for electric conduction of the equipment through the terminal such as an earth bracket which connects an earth line to the car body. The terminal comprises a first attaching member (1) made of an aluminum material and having a connecting portion (4) of a car body at the top end and a coupling portion (6A) at the bottom end, a second attaching member (2) made of a brass material and having a connecting portion (5) of an earth line at the top end and a coupling portion (6B) at the bottom end, and a water-proof layer (3) molded by a plastic resin for interconnecting said coupling portions (6A, 6B) of said first and second attaching members (1, 2) by embedding said portions (6A, 6B) in the plastic resin.
