    摘要: Provided is a sheet folding device comprising a deceleration means which halts a sheet by pressing. A pressure member such as rubber is disposed upon the leading end of a rod-shaped member which is rotatably retained. A sheet is decelerated by the pressure member being applied obliquely to the sheet. The entire surface of the rubber does not make close contact with paper, and thus, a wrinkle is not formed in the paper. It is possible to ensure a stable folding location.

The buffering member connects the first unit to an outer member of the inserting portion, a connecting code and a switch. The buffering member absorbs external force generated during the operation of the electric bending endoscope.

    摘要: An electric bending endoscope apparatus includes an electric bending endoscope, a bending control device for controlling a bending direction and the amount of bending of a bending portion based on a bending instructing signal outputted from a portion for instructing a bending operation in the electric bending endoscope, an image processing device for generating an observing image captured by the electric bending endoscope to a video signal, and a display device for displaying the video signal generated by the image processing device as an endoscope image, wherein the electric bending endoscope includes a bending driving portion for bending the bending portion arranged at an inserting portion, a bending motive portion for driving the bending driving portion, a portion for restoring transmission and disconnection of driving force that reversibly switches a status for transmitting the driving force by transmitting the driving force of the bending motive portion to the bending driving portion and a status for disconnecting the driving force, a portion for detecting a bending status which detects an operating status of the bending driving portion and detects the bending status of the bending portion, a portion for instructing a bending operation having a portion for inputting the bending instructing signal that outputs the bending instructing signal for relatively changing the bending direction and the amount of bending of the bending portion, a portion for detecting a predetermined bending status which detects that the bending portion is in at least one predetermined bending status, and a portion for notifying the predetermined bending status which sends a notification indicating that the bending portion is in the predetermined bending status based on a detecting result of the portion for detecting the predetermined bending status.

    摘要: An electrically-bent endoscope includes a bend driving portion for bending a bending portion. The bend driving portion has a motor for generating driving force, a gear train for transmitting driving force generated in the motor, a sprocket for converting driving force of the motor to a back and forth movement of bending operation wires for bending the bending portion at the head portion of an inserting portion, and a clutch mechanism for connecting and disconnecting driving force transmitted from the gear train to the sprocket. The clutch mechanism includes a transmitting member for connecting and disconnecting the gear train and sprocket, a thrust mechanism for moving the transmitting member in the axial direction of the sprocket and a clutch operating member, connected to the thrust mechanism, for inputting instructions for connecting and disconnecting the gear train and the sprocket.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to an endoscopic surgery apparatus for performing treating operation in a body cavity of a patient with the use of treating tools in combination with an endoscope, in which insertion sections allowing the insertion of treating tools are externally arranged in a side-by-side fashion with an insertion section of the endoscope set between these insertion sections and a balloon is provided near a distal end of the insertion section of the endoscope to adjust a relative distance between the insertion sections relative to the insertion section of the endoscope. The balloon is provided on the insertion section of the endoscope and, when the endoscope and treating tools are introduced into the body cavity of the patient, it is possible to easily and properly lead the endoscope and treating tools to a region of interest of the patient.
