    摘要: The present invention relates to a thrombin receptor antagonist containing a compound represented by the formula (I) wherein R1a, R1b and R2 are each a hydrogen atom, an optionally substituted hydrocarbon group, an optionally substituted heterocyclic group, or an optionally substituted alkoxy, R3 is a group represented by the formula —NHCOR4, —NHSO2R5, —NHCON(R6a)(R6b), —NHCOOR7 or —CONHR8 wherein R4, R5, R6a, R6b, R7 and R8 are each a hydrogen atom, an optionally substituted hydrocarbon group, an optionally substituted heterocyclic group and the like), ring A is monocyclic aromatic ring optionally further having substituent(s), R1a and R1b are optionally bonded to each other to form an optionally substituted nitrogen-containing non-aromatic heterocycle, or a salt thereof or a prodrug thereof. The thrombin receptor antagonist of the present invention has a thrombin receptor (particularly PAR-1) antagonistic action and is useful for the prophylaxis or treatment of PAR-1 mediated pathological condition or disease.

    摘要: A specialized polymeric peroxide is copolymerized with vinyl type monomers in the presence of organic liquid, thereby obtaining a solution of a copolymer having peroxy bonds therein.This solution is admixed with vinyl type monomers which are different in composition from the ones used in the first copolymerization, and the resultant mixture is subjected to block copolymerization.The obtained block copolymer solution is admixed with an organic liquid which exert solubility to one of polymers of the vinyl type monomers which are employed in the first or second copolymerization, whereby a non aqueous system liquid dispersion is obtained.This dispersion contains a block copolymer in a high concentration and it also is splendid in uniformity of dispersion and dispersion stability.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a low shrinkable unsaturated polyester resin composition consisting of (A) 20-70% by weight of an unsaturated polyester, (B) 28-60% by weight of a monomer polymerizable with the above unsaturated polyester, and (C) 2-20% by weight of a block copolymer mixture. The mixtures of the monomer (B) and the block copolymer mixture (C), and a mixture of the polyester (A), the monomer (B), and the block copolymer mixture (C) are in a non-aqueous dispersion state. The block copolymer mixture is obtained by polymerizing either one of the monomers defined below in (a) and (b) with a polymerization initiator a polymeric perioxide represented by the formula: ##STR1## in which R.sub.1 represents a divalent branched hydrocarbon group having 10-30 carbons, and R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 represent a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group or an alkali metal, and the average polymerization degree n is 2-40, and is used to obtain a first polymer having peroxy bonds in its molecule, and block-polymerizing the first polymer with the remaining monomer (a) or (b) which has not been used in the first polymerization reaction wherein, (a) is a monomer or a monomer mixture consisting of 70-100% by weight of styrene monomer and 30-0% by weight of a monomer polymerizable therewith.(b) is a monomer or a mixture of monomers consisting of 70-100% by weight of C.sub.1-4 alkyl ester of acrylic acid or methacrylic acid and 0-30% by weight of a monomer polymerizable therewith.
